Thanks for the reply, I am not sure of the procedures of bringing a complaint and to be honest im reluctant to seek legal advice because of the costs involved. I cannot afford to throw what little money i have left into this if it achieves nothing in the end. I have not had a penny from Careys or the investments now for 3 years so you will understand my reluctance!
This is a criminal act im sure but nobody wants to take on the big cats who have surrounded themselves with bought respectability using our money.

You might be able to get some help, free of charge, from your local Citizens Advice Office.

There is a new pension agency called Pension Wise, which is sort of a CAB offshoot.

I've had nothing. They,  Store First, tell me that my investment - such as it is- doesn't have the 8-12% returns criteria. Also tell me I can't have the buy back option after 5 years either! So basically, I've put my money in something that gives me nothing in return. What to do? Carey were tied to CLP professionally. However, they deny any relationship. What aload of c**p!!
I went through the Carey internal complaints procedure. Lo and Behold they dismissed it out of hand. I don't think Ombudsman will intervene as they sent me paperwork  I 'd signed.   seemingly agreeing to investment. All very legal looking. I argued CLP mis sold the investment. I was given a few Grand and told by CLP to "Say nothing" to Carey about the funds I got. Dubious or what?!

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help and any news on CLP and Careys SiPP? I have so far lost Nearly £40k after they put it in Gas Vardant farms Australia. I have a serious illness and needing to get money back or sold as promised money every year in payments. I am battling with Careys as I blame them too. I need help as much as possible as I have no movement neck downwards and need to buy equipment that the NHS won't provide. Craig a company heavily involved in this has a court hearing next month. The companies controllers have links to store first and this company has been paid over 30 million in commissions.  I'm sure the authorities would like to hear your case, it would be in the public interest . Other people are having the same problems

i am sorry for the delay brian but i have been very busy being ignored and misled by not only storefirst,but suprisingly other company's as yet to be named,i am currently in touch with someone in much the same situation as myself and your client,as well as many others.Something is going on next month in the courts,and i am not sure if it will go the likes of me or you would wish.As soon as i have any news i will let you know.

Hiya prd sorry for the delay, can i ask how you are doing with regard storefirst/careys, I as well as many others have had nothing but lies and excuses from both company's,next month i am led to believe,there is a court hearing involving storefirst and another company in october, i am not sure but i believe that a sum of £30,000,000 is believed to be involved.Lets hope T.W.does'nt do the usual and go into admin.Keep your chin up

Hi - I an happy to join in and support any action against Store First et al - I am having the same problems even though I have correspondence guaranteeing buyback etc etc - looks like court is the only option.

The figure of 30 million commissions on sales of 100 million paid to Transeuro has been reported by the BBC as revealed at the preliminary court hearing.
Transeuro are objecting to the winding up order on the grounds of ' they are based offshore and outside UK juristriction' mmm . I believe they have already applied for a Vol dissolution, just like the the other sales companies involved. The main guy was a Mike. The only guarantee to buy back is if SF have sufficient funds at the time, it's in the small print. There are so many inter company loans SF will never have sufficient funds.

Can I ask who mentioned to you re the court order ? Whilst it doesn't name SF it is very much connected
