Yes iinet are fantastic!  I emailed them at 3.53PM and they phoned at 4.02 PM.  It was so quick I didn't expect it to be them!

Absolute disgrace this so called service, usual promises,!!!!!!!!! Will be looking elsewhere for sure.

um don't think this company is real, I got called twice (unanswered) and messages looking for Anita and Virginia the second time. Didn't state what they want, even with above comments this is not a service I'm with or have ever been with at all.

Most def iinet, just had the same person I was speaking to an hour ago call with additional info about my connection. Awesome customer service and non pushy!

If it is iinet they should say so and say that it is a service call or whatever it is they want.  The number of no ID calls is getting worse.

If there is no no ID I do not answer the call or call back.

Called my mobile, I am not a customer, I have silent number, when I answered phone background noise heard, no greating?   Nusance call ....

Correction, They emailed me it was internode who called me all good...... Not telemarketers ...
