Had a few missed calls rom this number, when phoned back, it said GM office is closed, had another missed calls from 01254278016, rang it back and just music, so i decided to ring 0870....back and had the same tune, very suspect, also the number 01554784040, just a thought are all the people having these phone calls a member of EBAY!!!

Hung up as soon as i answered, after reading on here however ive had calls from this GM Group before... Im on 3 aswell

I got scammed by these b***stds over a year ago. Promised the world on a "Brilliant new contract", new handset, free bluetooth headset, promises of cheques to clear existing contracts, got f**k all from them and have been paying for two contracts for 14 months now.  Am now in a fight with 3 for money I allegedly owe them but they can whistle coz they've had over a years worth of £35 bills off me.  They want to sort this GMGroup out once and for all. Let's all get a bus up to Blackburn and torch the place. Ha Ha!!

I just received a call from this number but as i was in work i didnt answer it, i looked it up on the internet to see if i could find out who it was and this web site came up. I am on the 3 network and have recently changed my phone. I also had a missed call yesterday from an unknown number.

Called four times today - they are Gm marketing trying to sell mobile phone contracts.
they are a pain and very persistant.

they call me @10:25 and i say hello and they hang up

If they tell you that you are part of the 3 network or tell some other lie to try to get you to reveal details about your contract, they are committing a criminal offence - fraud - and the police should be contacted.

Weird reading these comments. Im on 3 and was rung by this number for the first time this morning. Yesterday I was rung by a number in BLACKBURN which has also been mentioned. Only this number was 01254 278 016. I misse the call each time but how did they get our details?!

called me all Easter weekend, always hang up. have registered on telephone preference service so hopefully it will stop, but very annoying, Obviously a hideous company!

Freaked the crap outta me till I googled it and found out im not the only one xD

They called me and done the exactly the same as the other 3 Network users. Got me into thinking they we 3 and giving me an upgrade. haven't recieved phone and will cancel D/Debit.
They said i could only get Nokia 6288 which i rubbish yet phone 3 and they can give me the LG Viewity!! such a scam and rip off.
I hate people like them get a proper job rather than ripping people off

Just had a missed call from this number. I'm on 3 network. Glad i checked this website. Will not be answering any calls from them in future. Also had a missed call a few days ago from 01254 278016, mentioned above.

The man told me that he is a man from the three (phone) company. He asked me whether i was using a contract or pay as your go. I wasn't sure if they were telling the truth so I said I don't know and they hung up.

Just had my phone upgraded with 3 and then this week started getting callers from both the 0870 number and the 01254 278016 number. Not answered any of the calls yet and will probably not ever. So far the counts is 6 missed calls in 2 days and counting!!!

Had 3 phone calls from 08701111422 in the last two days.  Answered it once and got cut off immediately.  Typed the number into google and came across this website.  10 minutes later and I'm now registered on the TPS - a register that prohibits unauthorised marketing calls to your number :-)

Now I'm going to email this so called GMGroup and tell them as such.  If a marketing company cold-calls anyone on the TPS register they are liable for a £5000 fine, apparently.

I'm sure they wouldn't want that now, would they?

(Interestingly, I'm not on the 3 mobile network either.  It seems that the majority of the people posting are, though.)

the company is gm group in blackburn...lol i even went for a job interview with them a few months ago!! Lucky i didnt get it!! I reckon someone should send an envelope with real [***] inside to the hq in blackburn!! That would piss em off!! Actually,i might do that myself...

they're RIGHT bast@rds!! have been calling me EVERYDAY from the end of march til now!! i just ignore them, but feel i may have to pick it up and have a proper go at them for wasting my battery the [***]$!!
