What Ofcom "can do" and what they "actually do" are wildly different.    Where is there a list of *anything* they have *actually done*?

From my experience they are understaffed, poorly organised, and badly managed.

Anyone want to stand up for them?

I was working for T & A Marketing Ltd in Blackburn, The same GM group you guy's are talking about until recently (14/03/2011), I was there for 1 month and told it was a company working directly for 3 the mobile phone network. they replenish there employee's each month and then do not pay us! I got 190 pounds for 114 hours of work...


People do not get taken off the call list I had spoken to a number of people that had been contacted by the company more than 15 times and had asked to be removed from the listing's many times, and the floor manager at the time was called 'T' he never gave his real name would never listen to any complaints he just terminated the calls.

I have not put my real name to protect me here I hope you can understand a bit more about this abomination of a company.
