- LisaMe too. I noticed this on my statement:
DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT TO TMTITECHELP REF MOBR302162616-001, MANDATE NO 0009 £23.94
I recently took our a new phone contract through mobiles.co.uk. I did not agree to any direct debit other than the phone tariff itself.
Checked with my bank. The direct debit was set up on while I wasn't even in the country!
Now commences the attempts to get the money back. The bank gave me this number (08701120112).

- KirstyHi ye they have tried to take the money out but cancelled it at bank. Be aware of this it is a company that gives tech support if u have just got a new mobile. After 15 days of purchase the bank info gets passed to the tech company then they claim it. I didn't know this when I bought the phone. So please contact company where u got the phone from. Mine was affordable mobiles. Co.uk. thanx
