this company are starting to really annoy me i have no credit cards no debts nothing i rang them yesterday they said they had nothing on their data base of me then today i got another phone call so i rang back and told them i had already spoken to someone and the bloke put the phone down on me very rude think they need to have some customer service training if they are a ligit company!

I keep getting calls from this number looking for a Sayeed Achmed (sp). I repeated tell them that I'm not him, and that I don't know the gentleman concerned, and they always promise to take my number off their register...  Humph.  
Today when they called I asked what company the caller worked for he said he couldn't tell me, part of the Data Protection Act!!!

these people called late on my mother who is seriously ill. they have been told before and I believe they act for J Lewis. they say they do anyway. however J Lewis had phoned yesterday and an arrangement was made which differed from this. these people should already know that I handle my mothers affairs.

ive had phone call after phone call from these fools,concerning a debt of my sons for a mobile phone contract even calling at 8 am on a Sunday morning recieved a card yesterday saying they will be calling to my house on Tuesday 8am ... 8pm.. hes married and not lived here for 5 years ive told them this time after time.....where does he live then.......ohhh yes ill tell u clowns that!!!!!! roll on tuesday

I keep getting calls from these people even though I went banktupt a few months ago

Have had several calls now over the last week, including one early this morning, which woke me up, and a second just now, which prompted me to dial 1471. I was surprised it was not number withheld, but having taken it down, decided to look on Google. They are obviously trying to talk to my husband who is no longer here, and who has, it would appear, failed to make his payment to MBNA. Now I am aware of this, thanks to the info on this site, I am better armed to deal with the further calls of which I have no doubt there will be many, despite I have been telling the robot-like voice from the very first call that he no longer lives here.

Had a missed call from this number to my sons phone - he is 7.  He's smart for his age but I'm pretty sure he hasn't a credit agreement anywhere!!  After reading these comments, I look forward to their next call!

All i do is get texts and calls (which i dont answer) from this company saying please call immediately!! Even if they are legit you would think they would put the company name on the text -but noooo...no name or anything - do they just expect you to ring them back straight away and hand over details...if virgin credit card are going to use companies such as these - as well as MBMA then we should be notified before!

I am more than happy to talk to MBMA but RMA no way!!!!

I've had in excess of 30 calls from this number asking for someone who i've never heard of. Every time i ask them to take my number off the system they hang up on me. Very annoying.

I keep getting calls to my BT Home phone for a Mrs Susan Gail, This So Called Woman Has Never Lived at my Address But Yet I Receive Her Calls To My Home Number All The Time! Sometimes the calls are even automated and block my phone line for up to 5 min.

This has become so annoying that I now have the BT Service choose to refuse, This means I can block the numbers once they have finished calling.

I wish there was a way that I could stop them altogether as its been going on for about a Year Now!!!

Yesterday I also recived one of their calling cards, and true to their words they came knocking at my door today. They was trying to reclaim a debt from a previous tenant. So please single Mums and OAP's please be cearfull they are sneeky buggers they tried to tell me even tho the debt was from the previous tenant I was still responsibal for the debt as I am the new tenant. Never the less I sent them packing, But I had to be quite agressive my self in order to make them leave. So my advice is: If they do not leave call the police immediately as they have no morrals and for sure some nervous OAP's or single mums might think paying someone elses debt is the easy option.

I am from Canada and my Father-in-law has received a bill from MBNA in which he has no dealing with!!!! We called them and they said he has had a credit card from them for 2 yrs!! I said well he doesn't have the card in hand and why haven't we received any correspondence from you for 2 yrs?? They said because he hasn't used the card! BUT he doesn't even have the credit card I said...they said maybe he cut it up LOLOLOLOL They also said the bill was for Insurance he agreed to over the phone a few months ago but he said he never did!!! How do I go about reporting this??? It must be a scam...Help!!!!!!!!

Hi recieved the same card, rang up the bank and they had no knowledge of this what so ever its definatly a scam whats concerning is how they are ending up with our personal details???? some ones on this inside I would say wouldn't you...lol

My wife got a card from this NCO today, stating that a P Brown would be contacting her between 8am and 8pm the same day. We have debts yes, but never heard of NCO. No texts or calls as yet. Anybody had negative comeback by not replying to these people?

im panicking as im at work on the day they said they are coming out on thursday between 8 till 8 pm, and my young son will be at home!!!  do they actually come out to your home????
