Last year I got harrasing calls wanting me to get Sky Maintainance, I felt very pressured and intimidated. In the end they sent contract for maintainance plan £17.50 a quarter.   They now want me to renew  I told them I never realy needed the cover and to cancel their rep said he needed bank card details so he could take £17.50 we owe. When I refused to give details he said he would now charge us twice and it would keep going up till we pay.  AM I NOW TO EXPECT MORE PHONE CALLS AND THREATS. .

This firm are not professional and use wording in their 'script' to; make you believe that they are affiliated to sky; lead you to believe that they are your existing sky maintenance company; that they have a cheaper deal; and to give your bank details.
I was tricked once into signing to them and when I rang back to cancel after I realised they were not affiliated to sky which they did but gave no refund for the first payment. Some months later they started taking payments out of my account again which I managed to get back only after phoning and getting the bank involved.
Last night they phoned again and tricked me into believing they were my maintainer and £2 discount as they had engineers in my area. I gave them bank details but then asked where she was calling from - Bournemouth where I said no thanks, cancel and don't go any further. She said she would but I am watching my account.
Don't touch with a barge pole - unscrupulous all the way.

two days later they rang again and got my wife and tried the same script again. Unscrupulous and stupid!!!
