This number has appeared on my phone bill x 5 while we were out of the house. What on earth is it?  We've been charged at premium rate for calling a number we couldn't have called !!

It's a home shopping channel called Ideal World.

Do not try phoning this number you will be on for over 20 mins without speaking to a person

Shop with QVC, their calls are free!!  I was really shocked at how much these calls were, and the systems kept failing so I ended up phoning several times to complete a purchase.  It's daylight robbery!!

This number has appeared on my phone bill as a premium rate for 11 minutes and have no record of the call.

will not be shopping at ideal world again you think you are getting something cheaper.your not they keep you waiting on the phone putting up charges        check around and you will be getting  things cheaper elsewhere.Idont think they let you know how much the phone call is costing you

We are fed up with calls from this company when there is no one on the other end of the line

This number took me to India so I could make a complaint. Spoke to someone unintelligible.
Tried again, got promise to put problem right, but weeks later, no solution or contact with Ideal World.

This number called me five times today,but rang off before I could answer.I have never visited their website or watched their ads,and won't do so now.

we ordered a product from ideal world and paid for it by dedit card but it arrived faulty (handy tool 302331 we asked them to pick it up over two weeks ago and we were given a returns number and told it would be picked up on wednesday .... but wed came and went so after another call they said it would be Thursday that came and went "!!!!!! we were then told Monday that came and went !!!!! so another call was made "at premium rates again" we were then told that they had no knowledge of our account (but had taken ammonts from debit card ) .
now almost two  weeks later the goods are still awaiting teturn and we are still awaiting a call back which was promiced  a call  in 10 mins and its now over an hour  and still waiting

it cost me £2.80 ringing this number a disgrace add that on and postage I will think again about ringing them

Purchased an item from Ideal World and was told delivery would be 5 working days.  Didn't arrive and was going away so rang to tell them not to deliver for another week.  Cost of phone call was £4 and when we returned home 5 days later we found the item had been delivered and left outside the front of my house.  Luckily it was still there otherwise it would have cost us £200 the cost of the item purchased.

I have just noticed that there are a number of calls to this number on recent bills.  There are only two of us in this household, I know that I have not dialled it and my husband hates using the phone so I know it will not be him.  I have no idea which company it was, I can only assume that it is someone trying to sell me a new boiler, solar panels or PPI.  We are frankly fed up to the teeth with them

As others have commented already, it's the Ideal World sales line (a tv shopping channel).

just got my mobile phone bill and low and behold another unknown charge.just cant win

The same thing happened to me, promised a collection twice, waited in 2 days, nothing. On final call asked to speak to a manager was promised they'd ring back but didn't. Final time I exploded. They arranged collection on a  day suitable to me and although I doubted it would happen it was collected. I will not order from them again. The phone calls have cost me £8.50!
