Tried to order an item from Ideal World on the internet.This did not work so I tried to telephone them instead. After 10 minutes this did not work either as my address had changed. A 10 minute call cost me £2.43 plus Vat. ( I thought it was 13pence per minute?)

It cost me 36pounds for two calls to ideal world to find out about returning an item because they kept putting me on hold I'll not be buying from them again

Apparently it's from Idealworld TV according to other reports on the Internet. It's a damned cheek that it rings YOU and charges you a premium rate.
It's time the industry stopped all these phone idiots being able to charge you at all, if they ring they should pay!
I've blocked the number.
But I got my call on a voice message so don't know if it will charge me.
I played it half a dozen times because I couldn't understand what she said......I still don't know what she said!?

I ordered plants last month and a gardening book was supposed to come as well, they held up a big hardback looking book and said you'd get one of the 3 they showed,  it's a free gift with the plants..
Needlesd to say I never got it and several emails only produced a gardening catalogue to order from!
Hmpfp  Won't be ordering from them again!

Ideal World, TV and Online Shopping Channel/Website

These people have called me at work! I have never used the Company phone to order anything! Where are they getting their phone numbers from? Not ringing them back!

I won’t be shopping with ideal world again as I’ve just had phone bill , unbelievable. QVC for me

Just had phone bill with this strange number on it! Should not have rung Ideal World - I only wanted to query a product, but as usual I spoke with a foreigner who couldn't understand me, or I him ( makes you wonder if Ideal World do this on purpose so they get more money!), and I had to keep repeating myself. This quick phone call cost £3.47 for 16 minutes! In future I will be sticking purely with QVC, free phone number, top rated customer service and you can understand their English-language! They also have top rated products anyway.

Does it charge to my bill when they ring me?
On house and mobile phone?
I've got charges i'm sure I haven't made and one was 1 sec but still a full charge and I can't find it in my mobile phone log for the date it says, but it's on my bill?
