I get calls from this company and i'm on Orange, my contract has run out and i'm due to sort it... they ring me quite regularly and when i've answered you normally get some young oik on the other end with serious attitude problems, very disinterested... they wont sell much, trust me.

I'm with orange - keep getting these calls but haven't answered, but not impressed with what I've found having googled the number ("Phishing scam"). Have never been with T-Mobile. Has anyone found that they have stopped calling?

this company should be banned from cold calling... i told them to stop calling me this morning. Then i had a call about 5 minutes ago, another stupid 'call girl' wanting me to upgrade...

I've had a call but my contract doesn't expire til August.  I just won't answer the call.

I had a call twice today but didnt get to the phone in time to answer. I rang them back and again got an answerphone for DTC.

Dont use them, they ring me all the time and try and say they are authorised dealers.

They shouldn't keep caling you like they do and espeially quite late in the day.

called today at 1.29 in the afternoon.
Decided not to ring it back for security reasons.
I think it's a bunch of jackals I unfortunately got involved with called Docklands Telecom.  East enders - Romford.
Got a call about renewal thought it was Orange BUT IT WASNT.  Sold me a super deal that wasn't really super.  Failed to give the discount they promised.

i have had 2 missed cas on my mobile i dont recognise it so i am checking it out. is it posible to block this number?

I find that if you inform them that you have made a note of their number and ask them politely not to call you again, and if they do that you will report them to OFTEL & Trading Standards.

I haven't tried with this number yet but it has worked for other companies trying to get me to upgrade with themselves.

"I was just called by this number, for a couple of seconds I heard a noisey background like a call centre and then they hung up. Tried to call it back from my work phone but 08717 comes up as "not authorised" hence why I checked it out... if anyone finds out who or what it is please let me know."

I had a missed call today from this number,rang it back and automated voice said i was second in queue and when it got to 1st it hung up,im on Orange and my contract is not up for re-newell. Is this a premium rate number and a way of making money? surely if someone wanted our business why not answer?

These guys must be dodgy,even there web site is closed down????.
If they ring you when your in the middle of your sunday roast or sleeping after night shift like me just tell them to fxxx off, it sounds a bit harsh but just think about the people who are ringing you, they have no manners what so ever & no mates if they think this is decent job.I class them the same as traffic wardens.

This number called me today (lunchtime) and as the number looked suspicious i didnt answer it, i was on this site anyways with another related dodgy number so thought i would look it up, im on orange with no upgrade within the next 8 months. I often have calls though with people trying to sell me upgrades to my phone, i take them up on the offer they say they will phone me back with details and never do... how these people make money i will never know.

perhaps there is a network of people out there setting up dodgy phone numbers which are on auto dial by computer just to annoy people like us. they dont answer they hang up and there is no point to it... perhaps ill never understand perhaps its the governments way of giving us something to complain about and take our mind of the high fuel prices and everything else :) perhaps im just talking &*£t :)

this number wont stop calling me every other day, its usualy at luch time between 1.00pm-2pm, it's getting on my nervous and i've never answered it and never will knowing what people have said about this number, i'm with orange, ts sounds like people who hve a contract with orange or T-mobile are having thease phone calls, just best not to answer hopefully they will get the msg or some get the number blocked if they don't. Just never give your details.

called me other day....I`m on orange.....didnt answer it as get them all the time....trying to sell me something or other, probs a contract phone....everyone on a contract phone gets these nuisance calls I believe....

they are all private companys that are sold you`re no. by your service provider....

if they call you....you`ll always get it cheaper elsewhere...."cut out the middleman" as it were...

Just received a call from this number, they hung up when I answered. I did a google on their number and found this thread.

I'm assuming they want me to call back and incur some crazy charges.

this number just called me. now instead of telling companies like this to get lost and getting irate (this will never get them to leave you alone) believe it or not, the best way i have found is to really sound interested in what they have to offer and really charm the person back on the other end of the phone to see how long you can keep them on the phone till they put the phone down on you. every time, this works, cause as soon as they want your details, i always ask for the companies registration number so i can check it on companies house and for the address of their head office. but these ppl always cant provide that information to us as its confidential lol. but its ok for them to ask us for bank details? after that it is rare they will call you again as they know you are a time waster and delete you off their list :) works for me :) this was my first cold call for nearly 2 years!
