Who call me and why

I received 3 missed calls on my cell and they phoned to my work 4 times.  We have caller ID.  They eventually spoke.  Trying to sell phones and tablets.  Very rude when you answer no.  Where the hell do they get our personal information and phone numbers.  Totally freaking me out.  

Received a call from the same number.  It was Cell C trying to get me to take a contract for a Nokia Lumia or tablet

This number phones me 4 to 5 times a day and when I answer they just put down it's very frustrating so please I will report this number

I also got a call from this number and they keep on calling they also call to the office number and I have identicall on the phone.  Please this has been going on for years now why cant they do somethingto stop these freaks.

when i answear it.its drop,when i call says that call rejected

Does someone still receive calls from this number cause a friend of mine gets end less calls for 2 days now. What can be done bout it???

ITS 2015 and this number still phoning me and then hangs up.

if it is Jabba Connections from the compony the nummber starts with 014 this is a cell nummber

I have been receiving  calls on this number but when I answer   they hang-up

This very number called me two times and on both times the lady hangs up after about 3seconds.They even phoned my work number.
