I called the number to complain. 0873108890. Lets see if it works. I told them I'm getting the police to investigate them, this is bloody harassment!!! Had enough of these pricks!! They somehow got my cell number, work number, home number you name it! If I get one more call, these guys will sit their assess in court!

I called the complaints no - 0873108890.  I informed them to stop immediately.  Lets see if this works.  Will keep you informed.

They just tried calling me on my cell and landline.... Did not answer

This ia my cellphone!!!! Dammit, its been 2 days, tried calling it, its blocked can't return the call.

I hate it and it annoys me..

its not a scam guys, they did deliver my phone at the said adress, just when i looked at that phone, it was not worth the money i was supposed to be paying it for, so i told the delivery guy to tell them i have changd my mind, i am no longer intrested in the handset and he took it back, within 24 hours, their cancellelation department gave me a ring and we terminated the contract with immediate effect. without a paying a thing. i gues my advantage was that i never took the phone out of its box i gues but yah its not a scam guys

I call it SPAM when someone calls you to market something to you and you did not authorise it!  They harass you, call you 3 times in an hour and if you do answer they drop the call in your ear!

The problem is when i put password;the says password is wrong i dont know why.

Call every day on the half hour, it seems to be set to call automatically.  What is happening to the fact that all numbers must be FICA registered, why can this "person" not be traced.  It seems as if the number is on the MTN Network

This is going on now for nearly 2 months that this african lady is calling my during working hours on my cell either left a voicemail but no proper message left or several miss calls on one day , Im busy tracking this number now and so help me god if i do find this person she/him will go to jail.

They keep on phoning me since yesterday about 25 times - on my cell, work number and home number!!They don't speak, just hung up the phone.  STOP THIS!!!!!

12/6/2013. Got 5 calls today, when I answer, the pranker hangs up or just says nothing. Got calls from this number before. Seriously not impressed. When I try to call I get an immediate short bleep. As if the no does not exist?

I did a search on this number on a program called Search Works - the number belongs to Mr Ia Koesnel - he lives in PE. I also don't know the person, they also hang up. So what I did was send an SMS to them asking if it was Mr Ia Koesnel. Needless to say they did not reply. I have their physical address and work numbers for the last few years, as well as ID number

I started to receive calls from this number today. After reading some of the info in this blog I contacted Jabba directly, and requested to have my number removed from their database. These sorts of companies buy your information from other companies, which is why they have your cell, work and home telephone numbers.
The calls that hang up when you answer are not done intentionally, and is a technical fault in the outbound caller system that Jabba currently use. This system sounds like it is set to dial a certain number at a certain time, however the communication does not go through to the call center agent fast enough for them to answer, and results in a hang up.
I was assured that this issue is on their radar and that they are attending to it.

After reading this forum, I went to http://www.jabbaconnect.co.za/contacts.html and asked them to remove my number from their data base. Lets see if my request is actioned.

Apparently, they use and automated cold calling system, whereby the system calls the number, and then passes the call to one of their sales reps, who then disconnects the call due to who knows why.

I also got a call from this 0873107556 number this morning, purportedly wanting to sell me a Cell C contract. I just said no thanks, I am not interested as i am with a different service provider. It didn't sound professional to me at all. They addressed me by my first name. Definitely some sort of scam...
