Ive just queried an added expense on my phone bill. It would appear that an automated call to order with IDEAL WORLD has cost me over £7.00 for one single call. What a rip off!

Ideal world. Calls cost 20p per minute. This doesn't explain a call cost of over £7.00!  I've called them from my mobile twice and each call cost me over £7.00. Thats almost £15 for 2 phone calls!!!! Bye bye Ideal workd I hate being ripped off 😠

If you chose to ring them from your mobile then it is not Ideal World's fault.  The usual csaveat is "calls cost 20p per minute from a landline, mobile calls will cost more".  It is therefore up to your mobile provider what they charge.

Ideal World telephone number is a rip off, they do not advertises this on TV. We have bought some cooking pans and other similar items from them, very poor quality. Not worth the money even though they were cheap.

I need to know who these people are so that I can stop making a all to them

Ideal World? Don't phone them.  Their phone costs are sky high and you are not warned in advance  Rip off!

what is service call ?

Had this 5.00 to my bill

i want to know why i have a charge of £5.36 on my phone from 09056484848. i am furious as to why i have been charged this!

Many thanks i definitely made the calls

I had a extra charge on my phone for £10.55 and I was ringing Ideal World as the cleaner I bought off them didn't work properly.  Needless to say I will not be buying anything else from them.  No problems with QVC!!!!!!

Had a bill of 0.47 p for a call that I am not aware of making. Rip off. Not sure who or what it's all about though!
