Relieved to find this site after being plagued by 'hang-up' phone calls from this number.  Grateful for the advice to register these calls as malicious by phoning 1477.  Thank you.

09195551212 - Indian chappy called claiming they were Microsoft linked and were the windows service provider, they had had a report that I had a browser problem. They talked me through a process which identified malicious files they wanted to show me to prove who they were, to be honest they could have been any files, few people would have known. They then wanted me to allow them to log on through www.ammyy.com, thats when I said NO and he hung up. I had previously asked what information they had to prove who I was, they had my home number & my name but they had a very old address which predates my PC and they didn't have my date of birth. On principle, unless you've called them, don't let anyone have access to ur PC, I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure if they were genuine they would have had a Microsoft Windows log me in screen
