My son has this number on his phone bill swears he didnt make the call. 3 Mobile looking into it now

I've just noticed £21 worth of calls made to this number this month. I called sky to report these numbers and they raised an investigation. A week later more charges were made from the same numbers. I called sky again who claim to be looking into it but could take up to 28 days to refund if they test my line and can prove I've not made these calls. In the mean time there is nothing they can do.
Sky talk are not helping at all with one of the advisor's just telling me the charges wouldn't be on my account if i didn't ring them. What a joke any advice please.........

My son has been getting text messages from various mobile numbers and 09829303333.
I Contacted the helpline 08443570105 asked to make a complaint and they gave me 08443570298 to contact and refused to tell me what their company name was.

I phoned 08443570298 and advised that I wanted my sons mobile number removed from their listing and any further texts would result in a complaint to the Police for Nuisance texts under Art 51 of Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 or Art 127 of Communications Act 2003 (UK)

The chap I spoke to denied that my sons number had received any texts from them but I have kept them on his phone as Evidence for any complaint I make in the future.
So long as you have the evidence to produce to the Police It will help them with their Investigation and hopefully the company will be forced to stop this menacing practice.
