It is a spam and a recording so no one will actually answer you plus, it is an overseas number

It said I owned a student loan and had to give it to “him” in the next 48 hours

The same happens to me and am only 10

Caller said that my social security number was being suspended because of fraud. Press 1 to speak to operator. After I pressed 1 I was connected to a foreign man to collect my personal information. I made him aware that I knew it was a scam. he hung up.

I received a call from this number yesterday at 11pm, and when I answered, the caller proceeded to breath heavily from his end of the line. I am terrified now and would like to know the meaning behind this call.
         Has anyone got an explanation?

Probably a bored scammer or some random troll playing games. Ignore the call, block the number.

I totally agree Nothing to worry about

Esp since this is what I would call an Impossible Number - and the sort of number that would be spoofed.
