I've gotten the same three text messages as Becky 1010100001, 1010100002, and 1010100003 in the past 12 hours.

I got texted at 0400AM and 737 PM 3/8.  STOP IMMEDIATELY

My bf got a text message from "Katlyn" saying that she saw his profile and if he wanted to see hers to go to katlyn.doyouwantto.com or something like that.  He has no profiles for anyone to see that would be linked in any way to his cell phone.  We plan to contact AT&T and see what is being done to circumvent these texts.  Does anyone know if there is a charge for the incoming text or if it counts against your total allowed texts??  That would really pi$$ me off!  This is not the first time that we have received texts from this type of number, just the first of this nature.

Don't know if it'll help but i'm an at&t customer (in case y'all are at&t customers too, a part of me thinks that this may be an inside job in order for "customers" to pay more than their regular monthly bill).  It'll be comforting to know that it's more than just at&t customers because I don't like paying for a service to a company that should be trusted not to engage in such practices.  Obviously this is not targeted at one individual.  I've been getting constant spam, yesterday I got 5 text messages from 101000007, 1 from 101000006 and 1 from 101000005 (that's 7 on a Sunday). 2 days ago I got one from 101000004.  3 days ago I got one from 101000003.  So far today I've got 1 from 101000008.  I already pay for a limited number of texts per month and at this rate I'm paying for spam.  If I had the option to turn off text messages and not receive any at all I would have already.  It's one thing to get spam in your e-mail, it's far worse when you're making people pay for it.  I hope that whoever is behind this gets fined a huge sum of money and also receive serious jail time (whether it's an inside job or not, it's still stealing).

Message was threatening -

"Watch your back. I will get you."

Anybody have suggestions on how I can find out who sent this?

I got a text message from donotreply@example.com saying

I know what YOU DID kristina.

so what are these text messages supposed to make me do? Like it's not prompting me to go to a website or a number. What's weird is it knew my name and i never use my real name...

i got a text the other night from this number that said "if you wanna chat go to aurora.aplaceinyourheart.com" i went to see what it was and there's no such website.

getting text messages from www.donotreply.com I know who they are from but can't prove it...how do i find out for sure?

all of this messages come from people that u know and know your phone number.there is a site that lets u sent free text messages.and nothing shows. so u can f...k with whoever u please.my roomate did this to me,and then he showed me.so i have proof.i'm 100% sure.   so, people that u know do this to u.

Got a very threatening text message from donotreply@example.com.  Have an idea who the coward is but would love to prove it and take action against this idiot.

I've figured out how to fix this.  The numbers you're getting spammed from are from the AT&T SMS Server.  Your phone number has an email address.  So a spam server is hitting your phonenumber@cingularme.com or the new att version, and it's redirecting to your phone via an email to sms gateway.  

You have to register at the AT&T sites:cingularme.com and www.wireless.att.com and block all email to sms/mms text messages.  As of right now I can block the AT&T addresses but I'm not able to block my phone number at cingularme.com yet.  Please write AT&T and complain.  This is the only way it will get solved.

Got another one today. Called AT&T back and they said that this is not a number that would come through their call center which completely goes against what they said back in Jan. I did what Derek did and sent the infromation to the FCC at fccinfo@fcc.gov so I'm waiting to hear back from them.
