I can't believe these people - they are making so darn mad!!!!! They called me a few weeks ago and I was able to get an email address and fax # so I sent them a letter and told them all the agencies I was sending letters to.  Now, they are calling me again a Kevin Peterson and I asked him for a fax # again so I can send another letter and he gave me one but its not in service - of course.  I called him back and he said its the correct number and he's full of crap.  I keep calling for the correct fax # and they keep hanging up on me.  They are messing with the wrong girl here.  I will keep calling and calling them...see how they like it.  I just called him AGAIN and he yelled at me that the number is correct and don't disturb me I don't have much time!!!!BUNCH of SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

I am so tired of these people. I wish I knew how they got my number. They also have the last 4 digits of my social, which makes me very nervous. Someone who didn't identify himself called incessantly today so I finally answered. He asked for my attorney's information. I stated that I don't have an attorney and he sounded appalled. He asked if I would like him to read me the "legal documents" from the lawsuit that has been brought against me. I asked him who he was representing and he said "one of your creditors". I asked which one and he SCREAMED "[***], are you going to let me talk? i'll have you arrested!" so i laughed and hung up on him. This stuff is so annoying and stressful, because I do have outstanding debts with some companies. I never know who to trust.

I also have been receiving calls from 1-102-855-1013.  Among other numbers.  The last time I got the call I informed Bryan Smyth that this call would be recorded.  He started saying that I owed a loan I took out last June.  When I got him to pinpoint a date I absolutely knew this was a scam because I was having back surgery on that date.  I even got him to say that the company didn't want me to pay them back when I asked for information to be mailed to me.  It is scary though that he had my social, bank account number, routing number,  a friend and my sisters name and number.  I get voicemails left on my work phone from the crazy woman wishing me good luck, but they are always after office hours.  I have reported them to the FTC as I would suggest anyone do if they call them.  Got them today when I just played the recording back to them.  The clown hung up on me.

Just got this call as well. Was an Indian guy named "Roy Parker" and had the "Do not disregard this call, do call us back. If I don't hear back from you, or from your attorneys, all I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you." at the end EXACTLY word-for-word. It's pretty obvious this is a scam, but someone might fall for it. If he calls again, I'm ripping him a new [***].

Last week I recieved a call from this message from this indian guy. He connected me to another guy and this guy said He had in his hand an affadavit which I signed that I own a loan. I kept ask him that he need to fax me a copy of that, he didn't give me a straight answer and ask whether I work at that place ( somehow he knows my work place address). So I hung up on him and the Indian guy called me back and left a message on my cell. I was really scare so I run to my attorney office and one of the lay over there said I should not worry about that because she was getting the same message few months ago. She checked the 213 number that the Indian guy ask me to call back. The number is not belong to any collection agency or valid company. I just received two messages from them today, I deleted it. I am online to check see what is the deal with it. I wish I haven't delete it so I can report to the police.

RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM A BAD ACCENT MAN THREATING ME ASKING FOR MY ATTORNEY NAME REGARDING FRAUD!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ABOUT!!! I HAVE NEVER COMMITTED FRAUD AND VERY GOOD CREDIT!!!!

Does anyone remember the name of the company he claims to be from?  I need to know, I am filing a complaint to the IA Attorney General and they want to know.

This is a scammer. A loan company I took a loan out warned me abou this company. If you ever took out a payday loan they may have your info. They are trying to obtain your social security number and other information. His English is very bad they left a number to call 408-317-0800.

This Indian man with a heavy accent is leaving threatening om my cell phone and caling my husband's place of employment. I'm not sure what to do about it they will not answer the phone when I call. We don't any outstanding anything that we know of.

i receieved the same phone call today from this number stating i owed them money as well and they were calling to collect well after having a few choice words of my own to say after they called me 5 times back to back and having a hard time understanding them they havent called back their english is very bad and if you asked to speak to someone else that speaks english the idoit starts spelling the words and he want give the phone to anyone else please be careful with your info when talking to anyone on the phone this website was very helpful glad to know i am not the only person who has spoken to these fools

They called me yesterday and asked me for my attorney information.  They said that I owed Fast Cash International some money and they had filed 3 charges against me.  Gave me the number of 707-324-7738 to call back.  What really scares me is that they have my e-mail address, cell phone number, knew where I bank, and where I work.  Said they would tell my employer what I have done and that I would lose my job if I didn't call them back.  They also said I would lose my credit history.  They definitely had a middle eastern sounding accent as well.  Unbelieveable.  Scared me half to death.

I got a call from this number too. I don't understand how they got my information. It's a little scary.

They tell me this is a time sensitive matter and for me to call back or my attorney. That if i dont call back or my attorney then god help me and good luck. There was more but allot of similar things to what others are saying. Now when they call, the # on the caller ID does not come up. They are hiding there number and just says incoming call. Has this happen with anyone else.

I am so confused, never been in trouble with the law and now i just got a call from some lady called jen. my husband answeared but they would not talk to him.

This has happened to me as well.  The only difference is that they actually contacted my place of employment and spoke to my HR Manager telling them of my situation.  My HR Manager was kind of weirded out by this and told me to just hang back as these guys are scamming me.

I had these calls start today at my job. He was "james Madison" with a very middle eastern accent. I wasn't sure why he was calling, since I never put my work phone number on anything but I took his number and told him I would call back when I was off work. For the next two hours he called my cell 17 times, leaving the "call me now or god help you message" and called my work five times, until I finally pretended to be someone else and said I had left for the day. I am going to report them to anyone I can and I hope everyone else does as well.  The call back number they left for me was 714 598 4228.

When I did call back after work they said it was about an outstanding payday loan. I have never had a payday loan, I have applied for one but ended up not needing it so I never took it. Best guess is they're either buying or stealing information from online sites. Either way this is very irritating and stressful.

They have been calling and leaving threatening messages about needing a lawyer or I'm going to jail.  I don't like it when foreigners threaten me with something that we don't do in this country.  

If they don't have a legitimate case against you and can show, in writing, the debt you owe, then contact the Attorney General of your State, your local department of commerce and even the federal government.  There are too many of these scam artists out there and they are threatening the economic stability of our country.

Yeah they called me everyday for a week. I finally answered today and they have my ss number AND A BANK ACCOUNT THAT I used for a company online. All I can say is be careful. The guy is very rude and he cussed me out. I told him he was full of crap and he is a scammer. He called several times and hung up in my face after he called me a [***] and other things that I will not type.

these people will keep calling you and bothering you to appear in court.  Call your local police department and report it.  Do not talk to them or they will keep calling you.  It is a scam.  Do not send them money or give them any information about you.
