102-855-1013

I received a call from 102-855-1013 also with the same remarks from other persons below.  This is the second time.  The first time I paid a bill that I had already paid about 6 years ago but had shredded the proof.  They told me that they were going to prosecute me and have me arrested at my worksite.  I got really scared and paid it to ACS.  This time I kept the proof. The person that called me this time is Michael Davis.

The first time it was Dan Wilson and Julian Marshall.

Caller ID displays 102-855-1013, but the call back number left on my cell was 858-345-4556.  Eric Matthews, says he's from the Financial Accountability Association and an attorney, tells me that I need to retain an attorney due to a lawsuit that has been filed against me by some company I have never done business with.  He refused to provide information regarding the debt or suit, threatened to call my supervisor or the human resources dept. at my office.  Left a voice message on my cell phone telling me that if I didn't retain an attorney, he could only "wish me good luck."  I told him that he was in violation of the FDCPA and was going to report him to the FTC, at which point he hung up on me.

I received a phone call from these lunatics. They even went as far as calling my job!! He said his name was T.Williams. He called me in reference to some debt I supposedly owe. He called me stating that if I didn't call him back he would have to wish me good luck. He kept asking me to fax him my attorney information.He kept transferring me over to other people who were threatening me.They are a bunch of crooks and they should be arrested!

This happened to me today. And it was this Craig Stevens guy. I had a really hard time understanding him and when asked if I speak to someone who spoke english better he yelled at me. I was told that I had a outstanding payday loan (which is already scheduled to be paid off on the 4th of Sept) and that they had tried to take money out of my bank account and that if was returned for NSF (which is bull cause I have money in my account) and that they were going to arrest me for stealing etc. I had 1/2 hour to get $745 to them via debit card or credit card. Stupid me panicked and went to credit union and got debit card for the amount of money I needed but thankfully the money won't be posted to the cards until Monday at 8pm. I called to try to speak with the supposive company to try to find out what was really going on and kept getting someone from this same company. It was a company called Federal Legislation of Unsecured Debt. I have called my local Sheriff's office and am waitin for detective to call me back. It sucks that these [***] have nothing better to do than to try to get money out of us American's.

They also told me that they were going to send an officer to my job on Monday to let them know the situation and they would then file charges against me.

My husband just recieved a call from the same # 102-855-1013 stating that he owed $350 plus intrest which total to $1000 plus some change, my husband kept trying to get information on the company but all the caller was saying was that they deposited money into his account and my husband either changed his account # or cancelled payments, but we've never did any such thing and we also never owed any out of state company... When we request more info regarding the matter the caller "Chris" caught an attitude, they had my hubby social and last four digits of checking account... My hubby started getting upset I told him most likely this was some type of scam so we called our bank and put them on three way , the bank even said what the guy was saying didn't make sense.... The caller started getting very hostile especially when my hubby called him a fraud.. The caller hung up on my hubby my hubby called back and asked him why is it so hard to furnish the proper paper work stating the amount owed, Chris the caller asked how is my husband going to pay this bill? He said he wasn't , the caller screamed "I'll See You In Court... I did a phone search and I found this site... I am more pissed off now,I want to know how did these people get his name and everything else? We plan on contacting the credit bureau and the Social Security administration first thing in the morning... Also they called from this # 310-598-1768 it's the same individual

The caller was rude and obnoxious and just like everyone here they threaten to sue me, at first I was scared until my wife who is hip to scams, asked if I owed anyone money I told her of course not, when we tried to call the 102-855-1013 number back the call could not be completed.., they gave me another # to call 310-508-1768 I couldn't believe my ears not only did they sound like the same person, the accent was deep I could hardly understand... They kept hanging up on me I kept calling them until my calls were no longer being answered, so u called from my wife's phone and this is when the call was finally answered... I tried to get information pertaining to the so called money that was deposited into my account they didn't even know which account it went in.... He said I should be getting my summeons for court 08/03/09 I can't wait, I'm looking forward to this, they have screwed with the wrong person
