    I just got a call from 111-111-1111, ar 1:11 PM. I didn't hear the phone ring because my cell phone already blocked it. I can't report it to AT&T because it does not pick up a number on the reporting/blocking app, but the number shows up on my caller ID. It says it was a telemarketer.

    The number is a spoof - they don't want you to call back or easily block the number.

    Three times a day they keep leaving messages that they can see on there computer that I owe back taxes and the "tax releif center or some other similar name" can help get these removed and then leave a 800# to call them back. I have the 1111111111 number blocked but it does not stop these calls.
    How do I block these annoying calls.?
