Just got this phone call to ... How strange!!.. It shows up like an international number so wouldn't think it's a rubbish call???

+1 is the US and Canada international caller ID, however there is no state that has the prefix +1 (1) so it is got to be dodgy PPI company trying to hide its real location and intent ... Blocked!

Received call today@16.09 ... did not answer.

I have received several phone calls from the above number, the most recent being today Thursday October 30th 2014 at 1.10pm. When I answer the call it is disconnected. I have tried to identify this number via google but have not been able to do so.
