Had this number called my mobile but didn't answer, just have checked my landline missed calls and this number showed as international missed call! DON'T answer as they might charge a lot for that !!

Apparently if u answer u get charged £80. My dad has had an email from his employer informing him not to answer this number as some of his colleagues have had this charge. There are other similar numbers starting 11 in circulation so beware!

I have a sim card in a spare mobile I never use, but logged the number with Paypal so I can have a more secure login (Paypal sends you a text with a pin code to enter to login), guess what, this +11 number is dialling this mobile number, so Paypal is selling my number to whomever is calling.

its a scam that reverse charges you for the call they make and takes all your credit don t answer just block. the cheek in some people

This numbr rang twice then rang off. I had an inkling it might be a scam return call so did not respond. Just added to iPhone caller block list. It appears to be an American or Canadian number.

Someone rang from this number to my mobile this morning.  I ignored it as didn't recognise it.  Am getting fed up with people passing my mobile number on to receive these nuisance calls; used to just be my landline.  Glad I ignored it if I end up being charged lots of money just by answering!  I am stubbornly refusing to buy a call blocker as I don't see why I should have to; it can't be impossible to stop these calls somehow, in spite of what TPS say.

I'm from the United States, and I'm currently visiting my family here in Manchester.
I've been borrowing my uncle's phone since I didn't bring mine to the UK and got called by this number on Oct 30. I didn't recognize it or the area code, but I picked it up anyways. I said "Hello" but there was no response and the person on the other line hung up. I talked to my uncle about this, and he said that I should just ignore it. But the same number called me again 4 times, all hanging up the moment I answer the phone.
I got called again today and decided to look this number up. 119 doesn't look like any American area code (at least from my knowledge).
I think this number is nothing more than a spam-and-scam. Don't answer it.

Yes you can indeed. have you heard of the tellows call blocker? Its ideal. look it up its a programmable call blocker that you connect to your house phone. Its easy to use, when I say programmable I mean nothing complex. You simply programme it by pushing a button when a number you want to block calls and that puts it on the block list.
