Who be this

So I've seen this repeatedly on my man's call detail log (I pay for our phones). I've been researching, and trying to get to the bottom of it before I confront him. So far I have seen a few answers that could possibly make sense. I decided to call it myself (should have tried that first), and it took me directly to my voicemail. My problem now is that the incoming call shows it's  his own number. Does anybody know of any such thing??

Are you talking about texts or "calls" from the number 123?  Those are spam texts or spam/scam calls using spoofed numbers. You will not be able to call back a call to 123, that is not a valid number. Many of the posts about this number are coming from WAY outside the US, so finding this number does not mean much.

Seems to me you are possibly confused about how this site works, and are concerned about other numbers in 'your man's' call log. This site holds a lot of raw info and much of what you might learn takes some careful interpretation, be careful and don't jump to conclusions.

They called me 10 to 15 times but I blocked him and rejected....Don't attempt any type of calls from unknowns

I received called from +123 two time when I picked up they hanged after saying hello

+123 called me a while ago, speaking russian and told my name out loud but when i asked to speak english he said something in russian again and hanged up. I really don't know who that was and what he wanted . It's spooky that he knew my full name

This number +123 called 5 times, morning & evening..Suspected scam number
..They have nothing better to do than to disturb others.. Annoying.
