1234567890 ... Just another PITA number to ignore!

My phone calls are scamers tring to get ahold of my computer. Caller says he is from Microsoft and that Windows has picked up a problem on my computer and is infected. I just tell them I do not own a computer and don't know what they are talking about! LOL Most times they hang up first! I just hope people don't let them have access to thier computers, as they can get all of your passwords and do some big time damage!

We received a call from the same number. The lady on the other end wanted to talk to us about our Windows computer... we don't own a Windows computer.

Call from 123--456-7890 (skype?).  Caller with strong accent said someone was getting into my computer and corrupting it.  I asked them, "how would you know that" and then told them "this is a scam" and hung up.  Won't answer in future.

All u have to do us google opp fraud and it will give you a list of numbers and places. I'm in Canada so mines Canadian anti-fraud centre. Toll free number. 1-888-495-8501. I have reported a number to them about Microsoft contacting me saying I have a virus. I knew they were scammers due to my virus protect would tell me before any company would!!!! They made a report with my name number and what they said. Turns out its the biggest scam going around right now. So if u can report the numbers and they will eventually be shut down.

Man called sais he said he was from microsoft service dept. that my computer has bad data . He waned me to turn on my computer and he would help me fix it. I said i would call him back jand hr ended call. This is a scam if you can stop it

I have recieved calls from this number. It start yesterday(Monday) they called @3:27 pm then an unknown name with no number they called about four times and then an unknown name then they called about !1pm the woman had an accent talking about she was calling from technique support windows. Never said hello may I speak to Ms. Joe doe, just said mama I"m calling from technique support. I ask her did she know what time it was and don't call my house At this time of night. They have been calling all day. I ansered  the last call and I told that woman don't call my house anymore and I didn't use a nice tone, she hung up. This might need to go to the FBI for them to track this down before anyone get scram. I normally don't answer unknown callers or phone numbers, but my friend told me to answer.

Have been getting calls everyday. I am from UK. I dont pick these calls but it is interesting to know about this

I received a call from 123-456-7890 this evening, subject calling had what sounded like an accent from India. It was hard to understand him.  He knew my first name and started in on a problem I was having with my windows computer saying I had Malware on it and he could help me fix it over the phone.  Immediately I smelled a rat, I told him my computer was in the shop getting fixed and he asked if I had any other computers in the house, a bigger RAT, I don't.....ALL of a sudden he hangs up.  A NEW SCAM or an old one revitalized?

I foolishly answered without checking caller ID.  Thickly accented guy said he was from the National Epilepsy Foundation.  Told him to call back from a valid number and hung up.  We'll see how many more calls I get from 1234567890.

The name was UNKNOWN NAME 11:34 am Pacific Time September 19, 2013

I got a call tonight from this number.  Fortunately I wasn't home to answer it. My answering machine kicked in and all I heard when I listened was "hi"   "hi" in an English-India accent.

This number called me yesterday

Ordering call blocking does not work.  The call blocking system will tell you that it cannot block the call because the call cannot be identified -- despite the fact that the number shows on caller ID.  Adding your name to the DO NOT CALL registry does nothing to prevent it.  Calling your phone provider is a waste of time, as they will just refer you to the FCC in which you can file a complaint.  However, despite the large number of people affected by this scam, the FCC has done nothing.

I answered and a computer female voice came on and said Good Bye and the call was released I got the call 4 times today.

Got several calls from this number, once during the day and then 3 times while we were sleeping.. 10pm, 11pm, and midnight, all exactly on the hour as if it were programmed automatically.our answering system kicked in each time but no message left. Very irritating to receive calls at night since we have to be up at 4 AM. Not sure what to do if this continues!

Caller was Delta Air Lines. A dark voiced person on the line said that if I don't call (123)-456-7890 back, I will be arrested or killed. If you get a message like that, CALL THE COPS. PRANK CALL BEWARE!

The number called on my phone just after 15:30 this afternoon and my caller I.D. showed 'Overseas'. I didn't bother picking it up because of the strange simplicity of the number. I'm assuming that is a scammer trying to gain access to my financials or my PC. Don't pick up the phone, let it ring out, write down the number and tell your relatives and friends about it.

I want this number to stop texting me cuz I will go to the Police So Stop please and thank you

Heavy middle eastern accent. said his name was Jay Smith. Said i had unwanted files on my computed wanted me to open it up and hit the windows button and R. Tried to get me to go to a website. i kept refusing he kept pushing. i said i didn't have time. ask him for a phone # where i could call back. he gave me the 888-514-1650 #. on my caller id it came in as 123-456-7809. i have read multiple post about this scam.
