Clearly a number that can't be called back.
This is a number that is commonly spoofed by different scammers who hope people will be curious and stupid enough about that number sequence to answer the calls.

Got 2 messages both claiming to be from banks. The Scotia and Royal bank.

Got you how?  Got you to answer and obviously spoofed number? A number that can't be called back?  I had to say it, but my sister is right in her 30 June post. And that B-Edwards, too.

lmao this is just Wix's phone fake phone number, its a website building website and when you're finished it calls random people as a test run.

Most times a "Perfect" phone number is used, the number is spoofed. The caller is trying to hide their identity.  Only scammers do that.  Ignore these calls.

Ugh it was a stupid itiot calling!!! Another prank call this is annoying!!!!

Someone pretending to be the bank,, saying my credit card was in debt. How silly! I hung up immediately!! Can,t believe these days your constantly annoyed with scambots!! Wish I could be in the 70's again with no cell phone service and no scam calls!!! How annoying!!!,!
