I got a similar call from them.These people are forcing me to buy their product from a specific vendor.My requirement is for only 5 PC but they are insisting on purchasing 13 licenses.I bought Microsoft action pack which is just 25000.Even then they are saying to purchase from their vendor.These people look fake to me.

Hi these guys are total fraud. I got a call from them one year ago. At first i was afraid but then when i started scolding them they never called me again. Dont fall into their trap. These are just gold partners of microsoft (licensed to only sell software, they cannot audit, that's why they have microsoft email ids).

Make a police complaint against them. that's only how they will come to their senses. Me and some of my friends have already put complaint against Bertelsmann Marketing Services and their numbers in Pune, Lucknow, Ahemdabad.

We are also receiving same kind of call and message, so anybody found the final outcome and solution?

It is not spam,I too ignored the call, later I got a notice via courier from legal team of Microsoft. Audit team too visited my company. This is the number of compliance team of Microsoft.

Then Why do I get usual calls from this no? They had already send pwc for audit in my company twice and send the mail too. They tell that they are from compliance team of microsoft? Does Microsoft have compliance and audit team?

These guys are scammers. They are so good at scamming, that their ppl go to all forums that discuss about this scam and comment there as if they got legal issues after the call. Just to scare other ppl into falling for their cheap tricks. They are looking to cheat ppl of money. This comment section also has their ppl telling they got legal notice.
They are just cheap scammers. Dont fall for their tricks. They use ppl s fear to scam them of money.

Microsoft itself has clarified that this isn't true.
