I've got a miss call at 8:55 this morning which was a block number, and then I've got a mag from number +61 420 371 924 and it said "please call Dasha Babiatcik on 1300 961 916 and quote reference number 933118" . Just wondering did anyone saw this number before? And did anyone try to call back? Never saw any number stars from 1300...

I've got this number, same situation, but this time they leave a msg , they know my name! and also asked me to call back and quote the same reference number as last time. should I call back?

I recieved same message    I just egnored    If its really serious then we'd receive a letter rater than txt

Got the same message.  Now calling themselves Temple Wainwright.

Can't find a Temple Wainwright in a google search.

If it was legit they would identify the company, the reason or ring and leave a message.

I got a call from a blocked number and answered it but got no response... Then I got the same text message but with the name fleur bixley to call this number 1300 961 916.  That text message came from 0477751492.  As I didn't know the number or the person who didn't identify where she was from, I replied with... I'd prefer that you call me.  Guess what... They didn't call!  I owe no money to anyone so know its not debt collection.  All my bills are direct debited!

I also got "Please call Temple Wainwright on 1300 961 916" and gave me some reference number. The sms came from this number 0477 751 493. I sent a text back asking what it was about and got no answer. I started getting a high number of scam sounding calls and requests for money from a whole bunch of places that know my personal details ever since I started doing a bunch of online surveys. I was wondering if anyone else experience a similar problem?

I just got a call called them back and they said I owe 29k in unpaid tax I said I don't pay my tax my employer dose and I only earn 31,000 a year has I'm only part time etc it just a joke don't call them back waste of time

These people have tried calling me a few times, asking me to phone Sandra White. Then they send a text message with the same thing, telling me to phone 1300961916. I have 3 different text messages from 3 different numbers 0477751493, 0477751492 and 0477751491. I don't owe money to anyone besides the bank (and I know exactly how much). If I was ever late on a payment the bank would have contacted me first. This sounds dodgy! They have been calling me roughly once per week for the past 3 weeks.

If you get any sms from 0477751493 or 0477751492 just delete it straight away. They will usually say that they are off shore on an oil rig and can't get to a phone. Make sure you always talk to someone when buying or selling goods online. Get their full details including address and contact numbers, make sure you can call them directly. Meet them in a public place or at there work/home. Don't get tricked into sending money or goods without meeting them in person and checking ID. Do not accept emailed ID as they can fake that also. I got an email with a fake NSW license which I took straight to the cops and reported them.
