Got message tonight from 1511.....€ᔎ∕ᖰ ÿﴀᔀ฀∀ᔀᗿﴀ⃝븀䬅吀Ⰰ㰆෿ﴀ⟿ﴀ䄀绿﷿﷿﷿﷿﷿﷿ﴀ㈀漀毿ﴀ昀䄀෿ﴀ濿ﴀЀ缀䷿ﴀ秿﷿﷿ﴀ଀଀緿ﴀ㠀嘀甀䈀縀簁먀夀...... It just a bunch of random Chinese words.

Another one on tmobile. Just got the bunch of symbols. Two messages 5 mins or so apart looks like:

I'm told that the 1511 message is T-Mobile trying to send an update to your SIM, but something is getting messed up with the way the phone is handling it (you see gibberish because it's encoded for security, so only the SIM should understand it). If it continues, I'd suggest trying to keep an eye on when it happens to you and then letting T-Mobile know about the pattern... for example, does it happen when you're connected to Wi-Fi? Wi-Fi Calling? 4G LTE?

I have t mobile. I frequently get messages from 1511. I would like to know what it means and should I be concerned?

These are programming issues that Tmobile will use to do something to your phone. For instance, When you don't pay your bill, you'll get a message saying <<<Content not supported>>> that tells your phone to forward your call to the Tmobile bill payment number.

Basically, its a way for them to do something on your phone account wise.

I received an error message (that you need to pull down the screen to read)  "Sim card full, delete items", I clicked on that, it opened, I saw 26 of the same message (shown below),  the time and date stamp was exactly the same for all 26 messages,

I called T-Mobile technical department and spoke to a tech, she said it was from them and is "an over the air software update", however, receiving it 26 times in a row meant there was a glitch in the automated system that sends those out,  she was reporting it to engineering, she had me delete them and then turn my phone off for 60 seconds. It has been 4 hours and no more have arrived.

He keeps sending me weird symbols and some sort of japanese/chinese type letters.

I shut my phone off because it wasn't working correctly, when I powered it back on I got a text from the 1511 number and there wasn't any words! It was like the question mark symbol and then I deleted it and I got another text and it had writing in Chinese.

some weird symbols along with upside down A's and P's and some ?? and ?? inside black diamonds and more letters and symbols and the like.  Happened 4 times in 6 minutes with different combinations

My carrier is also Tmobile.  I was having trouble with my phone so customer service had me shut it down for a minute while they sent me a signal.  Then had me turn it back on.  She called me on that phone and while we were talking the 4 text messages came.  It does look like chinese or japanese at that.

I received a text just a minute ago and McAfee blocked it and identified it as dangerous and not to open it.... to delete it....  Since it I did not open it all I could see was "message delivery failure" # 1151

I keep getting strange messages and what appears as some sort of symbols (indecipherable) any ideas?

My husband has been getting calls from 1151 and he has been calling and texting 1151 back

It's a phone call, and since it is an unknown number, I didn't answer it.

I received a call from thisnumber, its weird.
