This collection agency called me & FALSELY claimed to be the Social Security Administration. I filed a complaint with Social Security & The Office of Inspector General!

Called me today claiming to be the office of an investigator, had my name and date of birth...

they keep calling and telling me if I am not the party to hang up.  I have blocked and they still call.

They called last week and an Indian sounding voice asked for Richard Morgan.  I've explained multiple times to others calling that it isn't his number anymore.  This one insisted I give him a number to reach Richard.  So I gave him the first one I saw in the phone book!  I thought that would keep them busy for a while, but they tried again.  So I blocked the call using Mr. Number.  Idiots.

If you mail a check to this company it shows on your bank statement as John Berry and Associates. My mother is paying a Dr. bill through this company.

They called my BOSS asking for me. Neither of us owe them any money.

Called trying to verify a birthdate (as if!) then eas extremely rude when i asked them what the call was regarding. I called then back to speak with a supervisor, got the same response. I told them i would be filing a complaint with the BBB and Rip Off Report, I would suggest you all do the same.
