    both my kids have mobiles and so called  friends that never have credit so they would call my kids reverse charges my kids would answer the phone and as soon as they heard that it was that mum dad crap they would hang up and would not except the calls but would still get charged its had been happening for the past 4 months. sick of paying up to $80 a month for the crap i sent an email to mum dad and had all our phones blocked but surprise surprise yesterday one of my kids  got charged for two separate calls that she didn't even get. Yes i agree it could be helpful to some but its wrong to charge people who don't want the service and i told them that and they should display their caller id instead of it showing private number because of  course they will answer and then reject the calls

    WARNING Blue Central Mobile, appears to be an office in Sydney for a Pakistan company using email address pt@timwe.com & in New Zealand they use 0800304325 which connects to that office in Sydney. (i suspect hes the crook) I entered a competition online and without my knowledge this entitled me to a whole lot of costly sms messages. I rang the 0800 number and got a man in Sydney who would not give me any information what so ever. He said he just handles the cancellation calls. The only info you will get is that email address above NOTHING ELSE. The reply email blamed their support staff & asked me to send my bank details for a refund. HOW RIDICULOUS The email was simply from Support team. Lesson to be learned Google it before you sign up for anything. This person is dishonest.

    My poor 12 year old son believes he has a stalker. This Blue Central Mobility called him 20 times over two days. He is scared and wants to go to the police. Me, I am beyond ropeable about the $100.02 bill for this rubbish. I refuse to pay this bill and will be going to the Telco Ombudsman, Telstra, Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs for some sort of appeasement for the terror my child is feeling. This mob of shonky horrors must be stopped. I can't even get them to answer my calls; I get put on hold by a machine. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!! More to come.....

    This Blue Central Mobility company erodes my account, and posts unwanted text messages. They describe a process to STOP further messages, but is this safe, since they also want you to say what your phone number is - surely they already know that.
    Can anyone give me advice please? Is this all one big scam?
    How did they get into my phone unwanted?

    I am a small family business and I have had the exact problem with this company. I now have major problems from another company OXYGEN8 COMMUNICATIONS. Telstra seems to be happily oncharging this costs whilst we are none the wiser.

    My attempts at replying STOP are unsuccessful. These costs were up to $6.60 per "purchase" by purchase its receiving a bogus marketing sms.

    Totally unacceptable, I will be dealing with Telstra further with this, and if it can not be resolved I will be going straight to the Ombudsman. Both of those companies are based in NSW also.

    We all need to make complaints, simply barring this service is not enough. We should have known that this service existed. I had never even heard of Premium Sms Service? It is not a service it is an extremely smart marketing ploy where consumers pay to recieve marketing sms's that they did not even request. Telstra is just as responsible as the marketing companies, as is any company who would enlist such a service. Absolutely disgusted.

    1800mumdad has charged us 435 dollars even though we have rejected the calls. This premium service even promotes pranking your friends from their service on the website. Disgusting behaviour allowing financial damage through harassment.
