People using this number keep calling and when I answer there's no one on the other line. RUDE...and a waste of my time. How can I get them to take my number off their list if they don't reply?

i get calls from this number several times a day..i don't answer and they don't leave any message...

The ACLJ would be calling me because I filled an online form/email.

They are a good group that does a great job fighting for peoples rights but I don't want them calling.

Contact them by webpage is https://www.aclj.org/Contact/  and their toll-free is 1-800-296-4529. Just send them a message to remove your number from their donor group call list. DO NOT DISTURB Callers List only covers sellers, it does not cover any non-profit organizations like political party’s or charities.

I have purchased a phone (Panasonic) that can block unwanted numbers from the handset itself. It works great. Once I get an unwanted call I then block that number. Works great.

Caller did not leave a message and hung up.  I do not answer these types of calls.

I keep getting calls also from the 2024599010 and no one will say anything when I answer. Please put a stop to this harassment! They are horrible doing this all the time! We are on the No Call List also.

We are on the Do Not Call list, too, but.......... non-profit organizations can still call you because they are exempt from the law for that list.   All you have to do is let them know you want to be removed and they will do so.  

I have only had one that tried to continue the conversation after I told them that ~ which is against the law for them to do so ~ so I sat and let her ramble on and on and on and finally she said, "Ma'am, are you still there?"   I said, "yes and as I told you, remove us from your list."   She hung up on me !!  Unfortunately I didn't write down her name or the organization's name or I would have filed a complaint but 99% have not done that to me.   I only answer when we have received lots and lots of calls from the same number (computer generated calls so no one is there when you first answer).

Got phone call today and the speel was about how congress is not listening to the people and passing a Health care system that will be paying for abortions.  We are also on the do not call list.  They wanted to put our names on this list they are gathering.  Got the phone number from the caller id and called it - "DONOR CARE CENTER called on behalf of the ACLJ" is the automated message?   I believe this is pretty accurate - looked up Donor Care Center - they take donations and work for non-profit organizations so they do have call center services.

Further, the ACLJ is providing legal analysis to House members urging them to reject the abortion mandate.  
......so now they are calling people so they can add your name to their growing list of names signing a petition.  Please tell me how these people are any different than ACORN?

We are on the no call list and we have received at least 2 calls from this number.

Someone keeps calling me from 202 459 9010  There is never anyone on the other end of the call, and it only shows it is coming from Washington DC  I'm tired of them calling me...

Don't know who this is and refuse to call.  National Do Not Call list.

Thanks for the help! I was wondering who kept calling! I signed some petition to support Isreal with them to get a free DVD so it made sense I was on the ACLJ list. Call the number back.. and press 1 to remove your number from the list. It takes up to 30 days. Strange.

I thought it was strange, that I asked who was calling, when they asked for me. I said "I was there" "may I leave a message." They said no ... and before I could ask who it was they hung up. Very odd and unprofessional.

Kept on getting calls from the ACLJ 202-459-9010. Called the number back and immediately pressed "1" when the spiel started about the ACLJ. Received immediate the my number would be removed from the "No Call List". Caveat: may take up to 30 days!!

As Wanted says it's somthing to do with the law and a debt collector. The first say something like mr or mrs or miss smith and if you say yes wham! they got you say wrong number.

I keep getting calls from this number, I have answered 2 times and both times they have hung up.  Looking thru the caller ID it appears to be numerous, but I have stopped wasting my time answering since no one really wants to talk.  I'd be happy to answer and let them know how unhappy I am with the way Washington is being run or how unhappy I am that there is a mega mosque trying to be built at GZ!!

Keep receiving daily phone calls, usually late afternoon to evening, but no one is there.

I have received calls from this number every day for the past 4 days.  I also signed a petition for the American Center for Law and Justice, however I didn't give them my number and did not check the "your partners may contact me..." box at the bottom.  I am also on the "Do Not Call Registry".  I followed the link someone posted, but it doesn't allow you to unsubscribe from there.  I will just have to give them a phone call and ask to be removed.
