I recieved a fax from this company about mandatory DOT Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training.  Is this true?  I have been in business many years without having seen this mandate.  Please reply.

these dum people kept sending me a fax.i wish  i could stop them.but when you call you never get a person.5th compliance notice you'd think if they don't get a respond that they would know something was wrong.but guess they are not that smart.

It is a scare tactic to get you to buy something you probably don't need at all. Classic lets fool these stupid americans into taking this class, which may well be legitimate. If your company employs driver that have to be drug tested, then you MIGHT need some traning on the drug and alcohol abuse section. Call your state's dept. of transportation and ask. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANY MONEY OR INFO!!!!! If it smells like a scam, it probably is. Looks a lot like one I got about labor law posters for 70 dollars, these were FREE from the department of the state!! These crooks intentionally use smaller dollar amounts to try to alleviate suspicion.

Received final compliance notice to take your DOT mandatory training before price increases to $149.00 via fax??? Is this valid, for real??

got this stupid scam crap about dot drug testing!!!  Not a happy person now after checking all the messages concerning this stuff.  Usually when someone signs their name on an official form, that same name is printed clearly so you know who signed.  This is so bogus!!!  They think they are good but sooner or later, it will catch up to the crooks.  Hope it is today!!

received 2nd notice we've had our company for over 15 years never scene anything like it before. Going to call Better Business Bureau to find out if legal.

I called the local scales where I live and he didn't know anything about it. He said if your letter didn't have an official government seal or an official government website on it that it was probably a scam. They are just trying to get peoples credit card numbers, and trying to scare you into doing it before they claim that the price will go up to $149. Would like to know how they are getting DOT numbers!
