It was a pre-recorded message to my cell explaining that if I participated in a survey, I would immediately be the recipient of two free cruise tickets to the Bahamas! ot press 1 to take some random survey (that wasn't even explained in the recording)  I pressed nothing but stayed on the line to see if there were more options than to "press 1 to take the survey now and get two FREE cruise tickets to the Bahamas!" .... but there was no other options, such as "press 2 to never receive a call from us again!" I just hung up.

I got a call today september 21-2011 at 8:41 pm and I didn't answer and called back but got busy signal, my wife got a call from the same number 2 weeks ago but she did not answer. I just send a text to see if they respond

6 months ago, they called, now you tried again. Scam, scam, be very careful.

Missed the call- they left no message.  I don't give out my number often---stinks!

I just got a call form 2024805620 - did not leave a message. They seem to call my cell number randomly. I don't give my cell number out to anyone. -this must be computer generated calling.

looked this number up.  sounds like a telemarketer.  luckly i didn't answer the phone call.

This # just called me as well- glad i didnt pick up and i googled right away to know this was a scam :)~

i just got a call from them. called them back and just rings busy.

Just called me same thing. Was glad to c it on here. I hung up before answering the questions. Must b robo caller my number is not available.

Got the same phone call today from # 202-480-5620 - Wanting to give me boarding passes. I just hung up.... first of such calls.... NJ ? CraigsList? Maybe....

same story. did not return call. my cell phone is company issued with a very select few having access to it.

I just received a call from this number. I didn't answer. No voicemail. I just now looked it up and found all this info. So happy I did not answer.

Same as all the others .. I never answer calls from people I do not know.  Came in on cell phone... from DC.  you think this number would be shutdown for telemarketing.  Not allows to call cell #s I thought.  I know I am on the national do not call list

Same story as the rest. But on my work cell, and that number is published NOWHERE, and is not given out. It's internal use only. They appear to just be using a random number dialer.

Scammers and con artists don't use the no call registry :)P

The number is from the United states Central Intelligence phone tapping department based out of Washington DC. This site along with its 25 pages was made for the specific purpose of misleading those who have receive the call in error from the machine known as the "rat hawk". If you have received this call there is a very high probability that you or someone you know is being investigated. Do not call back there is nothing you can do to prevent this just let them do as they wish (US Patriot Act). (Also any signs of unusual static in the car radio may be due to gps tracking devices look under all your vehicles)
