I agree with roxy 4 months ago i took pulse telecom and i m the happiest customer till now.

I have been using Pulse Telecom from last 1 years. It's a very good phone company. I never had any problem. They have cheap rates and great promotions offers. Some types they offer free mins or discount in my bill. They also have great referral program. I always recommend pulse Telecom to my all friends and family members.

Their phone service or whatever they're providing may be ok but they have to really learn some phone atequette.  They keep calling my number and if there's no answer they will call again right away.  This will continue every few days.  Is there any way these idiots will understand?

Hi ,guys I feels ofended personaly ,while you're talking bad things about PULSE Telecom. I have this company for many years (4 or 5 probably) ,and I cannot say a bad word about them. Nobody ever harrased me or had been impolite. After all, they have great rates for long distance and international calls as well.
You should check them yourselves first and then you are going to change your mind. I' sure. Best wishes to all of you .Satisfied PULSE costumer.

@Annoyed: Telemarketing is legal in the USA, that's why they call you. The TM Agent doesn't dial your phone number, the computer dials for the agent and sometimes the switch from a call to another call is too fast that's why it looks like no one answers. I know these things because I worked as a TM agent for a LD provider called NECC Telecom, long time ago and I'm still this company's customer, even I chanhed my job.

Do they have Customer Service in other languages? Is Pulse Telecom a multiethnic company? Thank you.

Hi, Ahmed ,PULSE TELECOM have people in Costumer Service  speaking many different languages and dialects. I call Poland ,and I am of Polish haritage so they transfered me automatically to Polish group ,where their agent talked to me in Polish. That is neat :)) and very convinient for me ,in spite that I can communicate in English as well. I understand that some elderly people ,who call abroad ,do not speak English and can communicate in their mother tongue only. That is a great advantage for Pulse that they can provide service in many different languages. As a costumer of Pulse I can recommend You this company. Look at their webside:www.pulsetelecom.ca

This is really weird... The guy called me and asked to speak to
my dad... My dad doesn't live with me and they guy even bungled his name! When I asked him who was calling,  he just answered: Harry! I asked if he was a telemarketer and he said " I'm going to tell your dad you asked!" I apologized. Becuase i thought he was just one of my dads friends...so I searched the number because I was really curious and this website came up! Now I don't know if I should call him back and confront or wait and ask my dad!

The TM agents always ask for the owner of the phone line and it could be your father, your wife, your son, etc.

Pulse Telecom is a company peddling long-distance service with support in your native language.  You can tell we are a reliable supplier by the quality of our non-stop telemarketing practices using the latest robot caller, and when we can, sometimes having a semi-literate "human" speak to you.  We use other phone numbers too (some which don't exist in the phone system).  You can complain all you want but we will keep phoning.  Nobody can stop us from becoming your long distance supplier so join up with us now to prevent future harassment.

P.S. We have people monitoring this site, posing as satisfied customers so just believe them. Also, we never take your number out of our system because we want your business and we will get it.

Sorry, the uneducated ROMANA is not a customer but rather a "costumer"!  I'd say that your costume is as transparent and pathetic as you are, you sorry shill.  LOL!

Hey Rubby, you sound a lot like the loser Rudy on another Pulse Telecom complaint site.  Sorry, but because you keep lying all the time, I now consider you and Pulse Telecom to be scams.  Therefore, I am no longer your friend and have reported you to the police.

they've called me numerous times, the only time i picked up i couldn't understand what they said & i told them never to call again, I'm not going to ever call India.  they called me right back & i told them to never call me again & the cops where getting involved.  Then they called 3 more times.  I've traced the last 3 calls....if they call 2 more times I'm going to the cops.  This kind of thing is BULL

This number has been calling me for months, always during the day when I'm at work.
I finally called back, spoke with a very pleasant fellow with an Indian accent.  He explained that he was from Pulse TC, which was for international calls. He then asked me if I called outside the country often.
I said that I didn't know anyone outside the country, and I asked him to take me off their list.
He said he would do that.

I'll be annoyed if he doesn't, but he was nice as pie to me tonight.

i keep getting calls every day nobody speaks telemarketing firm I guess with poor paying staff as they call and keep quite showing they are working
