Some types they offer free mins or discount in my bill. They also have great referral program. I always recommend pulse Telecom to my all friends and family members.

Nobody ever harrased me or had been impolite. After all, they have great rates for long distance and international calls as well.

- Suada Agic@Annoyed: Telemarketing is legal in the USA, that's why they call you. The TM Agent doesn't dial your phone number, the computer dials for the agent and sometimes the switch from a call to another call is too fast that's why it looks like no one answers. I know these things because I worked as a TM agent for a LD provider called NECC Telecom, long time ago and I'm still this company's customer, even I chanhed my job.

- NINAHi, Ahmed ,PULSE TELECOM have people in Costumer Service speaking many different languages and dialects. I call Poland ,and I am of Polish haritage so they transfered me automatically to Polish group ,where their agent talked to me in Polish. That is neat :)) and very convinient for me ,in spite that I can communicate in English as well. I understand that some elderly people ,who call abroad ,do not speak English and can communicate in their mother tongue only. That is a great advantage for Pulse that they can provide service in many different languages. As a costumer of Pulse I can recommend You this company. Look at their webside:www.pulsetelecom.ca
- Weirder outThis is really weird... The guy called me and asked to speak to
my dad... My dad doesn't live with me and they guy even bungled his name! When I asked him who was calling, he just answered: Harry! I asked if he was a telemarketer and he said " I'm going to tell your dad you asked!" I apologized. Becuase i thought he was just one of my dads friends...so I searched the number because I was really curious and this website came up! Hey Rubby, you sound a lot like the loser Rudy on another Pulse Telecom complaint site. Sorry, but because you keep lying all the time, I now consider you and Pulse Telecom to be scams. Therefore, I am no longer your friend and have reported you to the police. - boothey've called me numerous times, the only time i picked up i couldn't understand what they said & i told them never to call again, I'm not going to ever call India. they called me right back & i told them to never call me again & the cops where getting involved. Then they called 3 more times. I've traced the last 3 calls....if they call 2 more times I'm going to the cops. This kind of thing is BULL

I finally called back, spoke with a very pleasant fellow with an Indian accent. He explained that he was from Pulse TC, which was for international calls. He then asked me if I called outside the country often.
I said that I didn't know anyone outside the country, and I asked him to take me off their list.
He said he would do that.
I'll be annoyed if he doesn't, but he was nice as pie to me tonight.
