If you have an Indian name, so an Indian Representative will call to inform you about the company's phone services. If you have Russian name, a person who speaks Russian will call you, if you are Mexican, you will get a phone call in Spanish.
Pulse Telecom has telemarketing and customer service agents who speak 32 languages. All the CS Representatives speak 2-3-4 languages. The TM agents also speak English and their native language, that's why they were hired.
Many cutomers who use our services to call overseas don't speak English very good and they prefer to get the info about rates in their own language. That's why Pulse Telecom - which is an American company located in the USA - hired people who speak foreign languages.

Actually, I don't care if it is a good company or not. I am just NOT INTERESTED by Pulse Telecom and don't want to know anything about it. Just because you have a Russian name, it doesn't mean you speak Russian, or if you have a Spanish name means you speak the Spanish.  It's very annoying when we get a call we cannot understand and the idiot on the other end of the phone cannot understand us as well, and you keep calling again and again. This is long distance company out of michigan, USA. The guy said he can not keep me out of list as this is computer generated call. The only way to get out of this is to put the no. in do notcall me list. very stupid people and the company too..
