My wife got this phone call too and its the same story: previously did a survey and they are compensating her with a vacation gift or chopper. My wife mistakenly took them a Government health agency, so she gave in and arranged for an appointment already. I became suspicious when they insisted that I had to be available as well for my wife to receive the gift. Besides, they were so desperate that they scheduled an appointment for a weekend. I did a quick research before they could come in and found out about this site - she's already cancelled the appointment.

It is still going on and has moved into Ontario (specifically - Kenora). They have been after me for an appointment for the past 4 days and I plan to call and tell them today that if I hear from them again I'll report them to the police.

They're STILL at it - same spiel, new phone number. Exactly as described in all the previous posts. We are on the "do not call list" - which means nothing, obviously. We usually screen our calls, but I was next to an older phone without call display when they phoned the first time with the questionnaire - was expecting a call from a friend and picked up. Sounded like an official agency so I figured, oh, why not answer the questions, they sound harmless. As for the second call, I thought "WHS" was Winnipeg Humane Society so I answered out of curiosity. Lesson learned: DON"T answer the phone when you're distracted in the middle of some other task! And don't keep doing your other task while someone asks you questions! Keep your wits about you and don't give out personal info!!!! I can't believe I was stupid enough to give them my address during the followup phone call! Arrgh! Anyway, they then launched into the "word of mouth" bit, and I said 'sorry, I didn't realize there would be strings attached; I'm not interested and no I don't want the prize any more.' Didn't know it was a vacuum cleaner sales pitch until I found this web site. Some guy with a vacuum is probably going to be ringing our doorbell within the next few days and I'm going to suggest he get off my property or I will call the police.

Just received a call that I had been entered to win a prize for completing a survey on air quality and allergies.... after finding this site with all the other stories I called them back and told them not to come.  I cant believe I fell for it but I am very thankful I was able to call them back to cancel the appointment.

Just got a winning card here in Dryden.Not sure if the wife did a phone survey or not,but if any of these [***] Sniffers show up at my place they are gonna end up eating out of a straw for the next few months....Have A Nice Day!

I just received this call too, it was from a number local to the area (within 15 minutes of my location in Ontario) and the caller ID said Rainbow.  They had my name and home address already and gave me the spiel about having taken part in the survey and winning.
The woman was polite but talked quite quickly (always a warning sign).  While she went on about it I was already busy on google and came up with this site quickly.
Asked her if someone would be coming to the house to demonstrate equipment and when she said yes I said have a good night.

They are scam and they are irritable  in calling
Don't give them any information  204 505 0620  also another phone number for this scam
