A man calls me with a thick East Indian accent. Says he is calling from Microsoft Security Support, his accent was so thick, I didn't feel like trying to understand his English. I knew Microsoft doesn't do cold calls, so I hung up.

This dude calls me back immediately, starts his script reading all over again, Microsoft, blah, blah, Security, blah, virus, blah.  I ask him how he got my phone number, he evades the question trying to lead me into checking corrupted files on my computer. I tell him I am at work and hang up.

My phone rings again imediately after I hang up, this time from (206) 445-6544 and I don't answer. It stops ringing when voicemail picks up.

My phone rings again within seconds of the previous call, I answer. This time it's another Indian named "John", who claims to be a supervisor at Microsoft Security Support . I demand his phone number at Microsoft so I can verify his employment there. He says that Microsoft contracts services through many different companies, and he is not really at Microsoft. I tell him to not call my number again and hang up.

Idiots.  My conclusion is that this is a scam operation. If they call again, I will play along, and then after wasting their time for as long as I can, reveal that I am a Mac user for the lulz.

I have a Gut feeling after some minor re-search that these are people from India possibly Mumbai! using a skype type of software that also changes caller ID to whatever they want.  I gonna say they are probably harmless as long as you keep telling them to go F-themselves everytime, but they have some of your basic info and are trying to exstort money out of you! most indian people are good hardworking people i have no problem with there food or culture and honestly they come here and pay taxes and contribute like everyone else. But i encourage you in the privacy of your home to use the most profain language possible on these [***] sand F__k's when they call!

I got under this guy's skin the other day and pissed him off. I was never Racist but now i'm playing the role.

he called me on easter  and again today he hacks to get your information.i asked him to verify and he had my address, social security number, bank account number and routing number

Got a call from an East Indian guy 5 minutes ago saying he was from Microsoft wanting to go on the computer with me.  Sounded like a scam from the get go.

Got a call and made me believe it is a survey from an institution that I bank with. I started answering questions and at 3rd question realized it was a phishing call and hung up...

Definitely an Asian Indian.

Got a call from a very thickly accented East Indian guy claiming to be from Microsoft Technology Limited. Said my computer was sending them messages of issues and he was there to help, "can you get in front of your computer?" That's when I said no, everything is fine and hung up.

Next time I might talk back to him in some strange dialect to see if he can figure me out.

OK, I got a call yesterday also and now......thanks to everyone for saving my bacon AND I WILL PASS IT ALONG!!  NOT that I would EVER answer these types of questions over the phone, but will immediately block the caller.

I have received my initial calls from the number 2064456544 and I researched the number on google search while I was on the phone with them and it pulled up several scam alerts. When I called the woman on the carpet about the number being tied to several money/banking scams she advised that she was going to put me through to her supervisor.  When the supervisor came on the phone he advised that the number of 2064456544 was not the correct number it was actually 3152808634 I looked up that number which I allowed him to continue to keep talking.  I notified him that his number given actually pulled up as corresponding to several money and banking scams as well and asked him to forward me any pertinent information regarding any charges he claimed to have had against me. He advised that he would not and then proceeded to try to get me to fall victim to his threats of being arrested at my job and filing fraud charges from taking money from a place called USA Advance payday plus. I advised him that if he wanted me to believe that this was a legitimate phone call and charges he would fax me the information of the claim as this is required to be given to me pursuant to the laws of the fair credit reporting act. He again refused. I advised that I would not give him any information or confirm any information until he provided me with proof of a legitimate debt. He again refused and started cussing at me. I advised him that he has just phoned the legal department of an insurance company and I searched his records and recorded his phone call and would be turning the information over to the local police department. Needless to say he hung up the phone on me.  However please note that throughout the phone call I could hardley understand a word he said because he and the woman who intiated the phone call both had a very very thick indian accent and would not provide me with their names. If they are a legitimate creditor and you ask them for copies of the charges or the bill they are trying to collect they have to provide it to you if they are a legitimate creditor and if they want their money, however if they refuse that is your first clue that it is a scam and just call them on the carpet about it and watch how upset they get about it because they have been caught. Then tell them they will be reported to the local authorities.

East Indian male voice, broken connection claimed he was calling about the windows on my computer. Needless to say, I was aware this was an unwelcome call and harshly told him where to go......

I also got a call from the 2064456544.  I hung up.

rec'd call from "Trikon" to warn me about serious infection on my windows 7. Wanted me to turn on and hit start button and she would intruct me on what to do next. I asked her/him~~hard to tell with heavy India accent ~~serveral questions but only wanted me to open windows as I had bad infection. Told them I was not buying what tell were selling and hung up. Tried to sound real important~~scam, scam,scam!

I got a call from this number today, caller id stated Trikon, stated tmobile dealer ( my current cell is an old tmobile #) , could get me a free phone with a USA # so I can call unlimited to Haiti and for $29.99. I asked him for website, stated will provide it to later....after listening for a min or so i told him i had to go.....person on line sounded from India ....I;m sure its a scam.....DO NOT GIVE BANK INFO!

Yes, this number rang me yesterday to tell me my computer was in danger and I needed to download his soft ware immediately.  unwilling to be put off. India accent.  very insistent. I hung up

This Indian sounding creep has been talking to my 10 year old and scaring him about downloading patented stuff and he is calling from Microsoft. Bad luck I picked up the call today!

I keep getting calls from this number. Mr david watson claims that he is with the legal dept of the cliffton group. and that i am being sued over an online payday loan that I never took out. the whole thing is a scam. this idiot didnt even have his story straight. he is calling because tomarrow they are going to sue me. then he slanders me accusing me of bank fruad, theift by check and and someother BS i dont remember. point is He calls tring to collect before he sues and suddenly he's calling because he's filing legal charges. when I called him on it and repeted his name to him and told him that I would not only sue the company he work for but him personally for liabel, he freaked out and started starming and hung up. he's just another drit bag with a scam. oh and when I called the real clifton group 8003285009 they verified for me this happens at least twice a month and that it is BS

These people are scammers from another country.. Dont give them your info. Ive a detective look into it. They still call me and my work...DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!!

Got a call from them this afternoon - we are a business---  when I picked up no one was there but I was able to jot that number down and did a look-up.  Any time I hear a voice w/broken accent I am on alert immediately and after a a few words from them I hang up.  These people are like cockroaches crawling out of the woodwork ......

i got a call from this num. a lady named caroline climed to be a job hunt manager who works foe TeleportMyJob.com. with head office in Hong Kong and contact office in India. I tried to lookup the number on google and find out that its all about scam

Got a call from them telling us they are going to help us with our Windows problems.  They called back again from 253 363 9006
