Received a call from this number 207-598-4867 on Thanksgiving Day from a male identified himself as Alex with a thick Indian accent said calling from Windows Service Center about your computer.  I said who are you calling and it was obvious it was a scam and hung up.

If Microsoft would stop outsourcing to India these criminals would have a harder time scamming. Reporting to do Not Call List

Receive calls from "Microsoft" from various listings.  They never leave a message.  If we don't recognize a number, we don't answer.  I did one day just to mess with the guy and he finally hung up.

Whenever I get one of these calls saying I have computer problems I agree with them. I tell them to listen closely while I try to explain what is wrong. I've even asked them to turn up the volume on their phone so they are sure to hear me. I then take my trusty whistle and blow it as loudly as I can into my phone. I don't get many repeat callers.

you never legally have to pay for a prize if  they started to ask for your credit card number it is a scam and report it to your local consumer protection agency of your state attorney gerenals office I hope you never gave them your credit card number for shipping for the free office supplies there is scammers out that to get your credit card number to scam you out of your money and steele your id report the callers to you local police department to and the fbi.

Just try to screw with them for as long as possible they won't call back, if they ask for your card you ask for thers, and make them hold for awhile, have fun
