Do any of you bank with chase???

Received message stating I have 2 charged brought against me and they will be serving me at my job. They said I will have 2 summons against me and left a case number. Called the number back and no one picks up, just on hold a long time.

I received this call stating charges against me blah blah. If you didn't comit a crime you have nothing to worry about

I have been dealing with them since March. They claimed I took out a payday loan for $300.00. Then another set of calls from different numbers say I took out a loan for $500.00. They can never give you the process of how they gave me the money, nor do they have proof of any transaction. It's a scam. I keep blocking numbers and they call from different numbers. Says I have 2 fraudulent charges against my SSN and even gave me a case number case # JSD4457.

Called me Greg Sparks and said I had fraudulent charges against my social security number - said I would have papers served at my place of employment or home.  Called back (even though I know it is a scam) got a quick please hold.  Blocked number on iPhone.

I bank with Chase - do you think it has something to do with the hack earlier in the year (or was it last year)?

I received the same message on my cell phone and at my old place i used to work at. I received that call today in the morning.

they called me from 208 643 9167, said I have charges pending against my social security number, I of course thought someone was using my social so checked everything but this appears to be a scam.

same thing. why 2 fraud charges? why not 1 or 100? weird thing is, I have only had this phone number for 3 weeks. I haven't updated my number except with a handful of places.  Home Depot, menards and Verizon.

Same call from 2086439167, left message, called back, no one available to take my call

same call left on answering machine - gave me a case number, said I had 2 fraudulent charges associated with SS#. Caller ID showed RAA LLC from 208-643-9167. Ignoring.

Did a trace and this person is Caron Englefoot, Peachtree street, Blackfoot Idaho

I got a call from this number saying i have two fraudulent claims against me, i can call to sort it out or i will receive a summons in the mail and lose all of my rights. The caller did not identify themselves.

The first clue this is a scam ought to be the switching back and forth between a robo-voice misreading your name and then some ghetto assed Shalondiquanesha telling you once charges are filed, YOUR RIGHTS WILL BE WAIVED.

This is America, where we have what is called "DUE PROCESS," wherein persons accused of wrongdoing have an opportunity to face their accuser and rebut the allegations.

I call them back and toy around with them and make up information until they lose it and cuss me out and hang up, which, as everyone knows, is the true hallmark of a legitimate, professionally run company or organization.
