And, the DNC registry works. I'm sure you'll all go "NO, I never!" but somewhere along the line you checked an interest box, or didn't check one, or something that said you might be interested in xyz.

got a call from this number and it was from a world champion handicapper from las vegas...also the call was to my mobile phone, which i never give out???

Got a call from the same number (208-656-4565) Pressed one to speak to a rep. Told him to get me off the list and asked if they had my number, He just hung up. Tried to call but got an operator telling me the number had been disconnected. Something has got to be done about this sort of call.

I get calls from 1 208 656 4565 all the time. They called twice in one hour today. I never answer.

GOT 5 CALLS 10 MINUTES APART.  called the number back and not in service.  scammers!  I am in Toronto

this number just called me like 30 seconds ago, I did not pick up. They called me twice the other night, withing 10 minutes... fuk these people.

I got the call today and it said that they knew what I did last summer.  I don't know how they knew that.  Do you think they really know what I did?  Really really spooky.

Got the same number on my phone...it was for a sports betting site...It's most likely a scam or something. Who knows.

Received a call this morning from the number. It was a recording telling that my resume qualified for an interview on set day with the VP who was going to be in town; and I was currently looking for a job... so I did want to make sure this was a real company. When I call back, there is a recording saying, this # is disconnected. When I googled the #, I find this website and a dozen others regarding this phone #. It's a big disappointment for us job seekers who are seriously trying to make a living. Whoever is doing this should STOP!!! All I know so far that the # is registered in Idaho.

Liberty National Insurance is the company, they have used several numbers including this one to call me, requesting a job interview, which I have told them (when an actual person calls) to stop calling me many times (over a 7 month period) the times it is a automated call i press "9" as requested to opt out of the phone calls, but nothing works. I have reported it to the FTC, BBB, and my attorney general's office for our state. At this point I consider it harrassment. They will call me at all times of the day and early night and will not stop!

got a call from this number, but  only dead air.  traced the number back and it's been reported as a telemarketing scam number.  there's no "real" person manning this number, only computers.  therefore, even if you are on a no call list, you can't make it stop.  the number that is calling is located on a server in california.

I had the same incident when I tried to call back it said it had been disconnected. If you have Verizon they will block the number for you.

I just got a second call from this number saying they were Chris Danials from United American and had my resume (I haven't been looking for a job in a couple years, but it is probably still on monster.com).
I was asked to call back a local number in 727 area code to set up an interview.
How strange that it has been so many other things.

just got another one and you're right...called back ...disconected...I'm really getting sick of these calls...

this number called me, there was nobody there.  when i called back it said the number had been disconnected.
