When my husband answered my phone they hung up.  They called Sept. 22nd, 2009 at 4:10 pm Central Time.  I am on the DNC List so how are these places getting my number?>

Called my elderly mother and wanted to talk with my deceased father. When she said he was deceseased, the lady spoke to someone and then said they wanted to make her a good offer. Mother then hung the phone up.

Why can't these calls be stopped? We are on the do not call list, but they continue.

Third time they've called me with no answer.

Someone called today asking for a Paul Mitch(something rather) can't remember.  I can't even remember what her name is..  I told her no such person was here.  She proceeded to say, well while I have you on the phone---I stopped her and said I was on the do not call list and to loose my number and hung up on her.

So far this AM I have recieved 3 calls, I have called it back and it says "that mailbox is full, let me tranfer your call" and then hangs up

Received a call on a business line. No answer when I picked up the phone.  Have received a call from this caller ID in the past, but now its starting up again.

Don't be too alarmed.  A service by the name of RingCentral which is like a virtual office, uses that number when forwarding faxes.  It may also use it for other purposes.  I use their services and I faxed a document from my laptop to my other fax machine and saw that this 210-249-0540 number was showing up on the caller id.  So there are probably thousands of other customers of Ring Central's who send faxes and other messages which could all be going through this same number.

I have been getting calls from this number all week. It happens around the same time everyday. Due to my being in class at that time, I have never answered but they continue to call. I am on a do not call list and therefore should not be receiving these calls.

Buy panasonic KX series phone.  you can block any call and they will get a busy signal

Got a call from this on March 10 at 6:50 PM ET on my cellphone. The guy said my name and hung up. Stupid.

Caller ID identifies then as Novatel....they call every 2 hrs. We will not answer---harrassment! We have signed up for the "Do not call list"---who is giving then "our" numbers? Novatel is a wide band communications co. w/ ties to Sprint and Verizon...could it be our cell phone carrier has given our number out?

This number keeps showing up on my caller id everyday. I finally picked up and the person knew my name and hung up. I find this disturbing because I am on the Do Not Call list and they keep calling.
Is there any legal recourse against a company like this one?

This number is constantly calling and I want to report this.  They seem to harrass a lot of people.  My caller id says Novatel but does anyone know how we can stop them from calling?

This # called my wife's cell phone # 8x in a row. On the 8th call, I picked up & before I gave them a chance to utter a single word , I answered.... "Federal Bureau of Investigation-Overseas Fraud /Counter-Intelligence Division..Special Agent Jack MeOff & you're on a recorded line....What is your status?", this idiot with an Indian accent responded .."Oh scooze me, I have wrong #...!" then hung up!!! ROFLMAO!!!

Never called back!!!

Novatel Wireless Communications

Received this call 7 to 8 times in one day, from 8am EST to 9pm. Caller ID show Novatel, sometime there is some ther and again there is no one on the other end.

I got calling from this number.

Keep getting calls from this number can anyone identify it.
