Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Received 2 calls from this number today...answered second call and a woman with a very heavy accent told me she was working for a internet company.  I asked what this call was all about and she stated that I could make money at home.  At that time, I told her that I was on the "no call" list and she stated she was "new".  I promptly hung up.

After doing some checking and receiving several calls myself from 210-249-0540, I found out that this is called a "spammer scammer".  They buy phone numbers from the internet from things that people submit over the internet.  I believe the call originates from Manila inthe Phillipines.

Person has called four times today. How can we stop this garbage?

The woman with the foreign accent called me as well and told me that I had applied for government financial aid for school, which I had, but she told me she could send me an application booklet for seeing how much money I qualify for and asked for my credit card number to pay for S&H. Fishy.

they call 4-5 times a day and never say anything. they just continue to hang up and if i dont answer they dont leave a message so i will know who it is

There is never anyone on the other end of the phone. They just call and when I answer they hang up.

We have been harassed by guy name Gaurav or Manish. They called over 20 times in two weeks and don’t understand "NO" for an answer. They are pretending to be calling from Union Telecom and Newera Telecom selling long distance.

In one of the conversion they left the number 917 628 2089. Try this number and ask them to delete your phone number from the calling list.

They pretended to be from Florida, apparently they're from Texas. They called for a Platinum Visa credit card, asked and got my SSN. A week's gone and I start being worried that they've not maintained the promises. Suspect identity theft.

Call my cell 6 times yesterday and already twice this morning.  I refuse to answer anymore, but they keep calling

called me at home on landline, then soon after that on cell phone. no message in either case. scary.

They have been calling everyday, sometimes 4 times or more. When they called at 7:30 am, I figured it must have been someone I knew, to be calling at this time of the morning, well, I didn't know them. It was a foreign woman, asking for my husband, I asked her if she knew waht time it was, and hung up on her

They called and said "someone" had given them my number.  The number they called is my cell phone and is on the "Do Not Call List."  Said something about a credit card or credit check and said it was international.

This guy keeps on calling every day sometimes 2 or more.He asks for my husband by name.When I tell him that he's not here, the guy say's he will call back.This has been going on now for 2 months.(This is how long we have had a landline # now....We were just using our cell phones).The day we got our service I went on line & put the # on the DO NOT CALL LIST.....THEY KEEP ON CALLING EVERYDAY NOW, & THEY ASK FOR JERRY(MY HUSBAND)...SO I FINALLY TELL THEM WHEN THEY CALL & ASK FOR JERRY, I TELL THEM THAT's ME.....SO THEY GO INTO TELL ME THAT I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR A GRANT. I TELL THEM I AM NOT INTERESTED THEY JUST KEEP ON TALKING....I TELL THEM I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST & TELL THEM TO GET MY # OFF THERE LIST BUT THEY JUST KEEP ON CALLING.................
