Called at least 30 times in a one week span for the past 3 or 4 weeks.  They were trying to sell me a Federal Grants book.  I think the lady is Philipino because of her broken english.

I have been getting calls from this number, they are calling LATE at night! yesterday(8/19) they called 8:15, 10:15, 11:15, 3:15 and 9:51
the day before it was the same with the last call being made at 9:35 pm
NO one is ever there, and when you *69 the number you get the message that the mail box is full and can not rec any more messages!

got a call from this today... numbe says it is from Texas, however the lady says it is from  " grantresearchcenter.com" being the bear with a sore ass mood i am in today i decided to entertain...they wanted to send me a grant writing kit for free.. and i only pay shipping of $2.95 and then along with that i have 7 days to view another web site... which she wouldnt give me to address to... to help me write a grant.  when i told her i was not interested but i would still take the FREE kit if they wanted to mail it to me.. she asked for my CC number... I told her that they can mail it to me.. I am not paying anythign for it she got kind of mad. I asked her where her company was located she said HQ was in Las Vegas and  a "hub" office was in NJ.  I asked where she was calling from she said she was calling in regards to grantreseachcenter.com when i asked to speak with a supervisor she put me on hold and came back like 5 second slater " sorry but my supervisor is not available right now".  so I aksed her where she was calling from and got out of her that she was actually calling from the Philippines. I asked her if she knew where the phone number that comes up on my caller ID is from and she said " yes it is from Las vegas" to which i corrected her and told her it was from San Antonio Tx. and the proceeded to let her know that if she thinks for a second that I am going to give her any  account info  when she is calling me from the Philippines, on a Texas number, representing a company located in Las Vegas, she is completely insane. and of course she asked me why i would think that was Insane....LOL... I dont know... why would i think she was insane?
She did provide me with a customer service number of 1888 276 8105 called it and it rang to " grant instructor"

they called me and when i tried to answer they hung up,then they called me back and did the same thing again.What's there problem, don't they have anything better to do than bother people.

Same as above. I couldn't understand them. Probably a scam.

I have gotten a call from this number for the past 3 nights at 8:09 or so. It rings a few times and then hangs up. No message left

I've been getting calls from this number for the last 4wks and at least three times a day. Generally in the am again at noon and again around 8:30 pm. I've never answered but allowed my answering machine to pick up to which they hang up. Today I did answer twice and each time when I've said hello they hang up. Its really a pain in the butt and I have Privacy Manager so I don't know how the call is getting through.

I got called for the first time a few minutes ago.  They hung up.  I searched the number and got this site.  I decided to call the number back just to see what happens and I get a company called NovaTel. An automated message stated "If you got a call from 210.249.0540, NovaTel did not make the call.  Leave your name and number and NovaTel will investigate."  However, I did not leave any information.  Too scary these days.

This number has really become a problem 1-210-249-0540..At least we aren'tthe only folks going crazy...Soetimes they call tens times or more in a day..Even late into the evening...

i have looked the # up on reverse # things and i know people have been saying its novatel but i have come up with XSPEDIUS MANAGEMENT CO which does the exact same thing,telecomunication,as novatel...idk but maybe its a trick from XSPEDIUS MANAGEMENT CO to get everyone mad at novatel...if i get anymore info i will keep u guys posted...

This number keeps calling my mobile - over and over again.  I've tried to call them back - but I only get a recording that doesn't allow enough time to leave a message.  I keep telling them it is the wrong number and to please correct it when they call.  TO no avail, it continues to happen.  Will this ever end?

I said hello several times before they answered.  They said they were calling about our computer problem.  I said I did not have a problem.  They continued on to say that when there is a computer error that I have a choice to send or don't send error report.  They were calling to respond to an error report.  They did mention my last name.  I just said that there was no problem and hung up.

Just answered this call and a heavily accented man told me that he was calling because I reported a computer problem, this of course was not true and freaked me out because I can imagine an unsuspecting person giving away computer info to strangers!  This was entirely fraudulent!

Have received numerous calls from this number to my cell phone - but didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.  I am on the do not call list - so I have reported this.  Grrr -

I have been called repeatedly by this number. When I call it back I ge "mailbox is full"  Can't this be stopped?

called. when called back no answer. seems fishy how do they get this number?

This number calls me to Gijon(Spain) (2008/08/27) in afternoon.
