I don't know who it is, but they need to stop calling I have 3 or 4  calls from this number every other day until around 8pm

Called all the time but never left a message.

Three calls today; at least one call per day for the last week. When I answer, they hang up. If the answering machine picks up, they do not leave a message. Caller ID says "West."

Same -- ATT West called and switched over my phone service to " save money " this was not TRUE!  I wound up paying almost twice my normal phone bill.  I called and cancelled the service I had been switched to -- I said that I wasn't sure I had authorized this -- apparently someone by the name of Kevin [my last name] had made the authorization.  Now, I know this is an absolute lie.  No person in this household by that name.  And this ficticious Kevin person is making online inquiries and leaving my phone number.  So I had 9 phone messages for Kevin tonight about an online PHD program.  This is NUTS!

People that are calling everyday,are trying to charge long distance calls to your phone bill.

I suspected it was AT&T, and now I am convinced.  I never had this problem with my calls, until I switched to AT&T.  I will be looking for another phone service possibly Vonage.  AT&T, you blew it.

They woke me up from my nap and hung up when I answered!

I have been receiving these calls daily for over six months. Sometimes several times a day. I have asked that my name be taken off the call list. That request has not been honored. Last night a call came in after 8:30 pm.

This # has been calling for weeks now...several times a day. I never answer and they do not leave a message. It's really annoying. If this is AT & T they need to stop or a lot of people will be leaving them.

Calls me when moon is full or near full go figure.

It's phone calls like this that make me grateful for Caller ID.

I have been called several times from this number in the past few days. The person says they are with AT&T and want to give me a discount on my bundled services. I stated I was having a hard time understanding her and asked for a number I could call back and was given 8662720401.  When I called that number it sounded like it was to a fax machine.  ???

This is a vendor for AT&T and they are trying to sell upgrade to your DSL service. If you pick up and tell them to stop calling you they will stop for about a month. That is all you can do.

No one answers when I answer

I am so freakin ticked with this number. We don't even own a freakin ATT phone.

Well, I finally answered it after reading all the posts and it was AT&T. I told them I was not interested. Today they call again. I don't answer. I call back and a machine said this is West, an authorized representative of AT&T. We are closed. Our Office hours are blah, blah, blah. I called during their "office hours". I have AT&T phone service so now I am going to call and tell AT&T that if I get one more call I'll switch to cable phone. And I will if I have to.
