These asshats keep calling me multiple times a day.  It could not be a legit call because 1, I never took out a mortgage with Wachovia.  2, My house was foreclosed on years ago.  3, Wells Fargo approved the foreclosure at 6 months and approved the short sale at 6.5 months.  4.  We were discharged for all of our debt in the bankruptcy hearing two years ago.  Wachovia has since been bought out by Wells Fargo, why in the hell would anyone do business with Wells Fargo?

Used to be World Savings, then Wachovia Mortgage, now Wells Fargo Mortgage.  They call making friendly reminders on late mortgages.

iam gilbert kamber and am calling about 1832 murrietta lane modesto ca 95355 this is my rental house your guys are calling me every day thats an herrasement after all i explained to you every time you call but it seems you dont understand the thing is the reason iam behind payment is because i didnt have tenant since 10_10_2011 because they moved out and house was empty until 12_31_2011 thats when new tenants moved in and i have company name liberty property management helped me find new tenants and they are charging me 8% and they rented for me 900 dollars so they charging me 72 dollars every month but i didnt get nothing from them until march 25th 2012 for 425.43 dollars then they send me 828 dollars apr 25th i maid cashiers check it was 1253.43 dollars sent that to you then i recieved 828 dollars on may 25th 2012 i also sent that to you and i had conformation that was deliverd to you on june 1st 2012 so what iam trying to say iam complying with you please give me time and i will promise you i will pay the back payment because iam commited fully to keep the house because its colledge tuition for my daughter please understand this and allow me to worked out and thank you very much.

I keep getting phone calls from 2105434000 at least twice a day but no one ever leaves a message so I'm not calling back because it it is World Savings or Wachovia, they are no longer.  ItWells Fargo took over Wachovia who took over World Savings.

I've been getting phone callls from this number for about 3 days, Christmas music plays when I answer.  The sound of an answering system come on after a few seconds.  It has called several times at all hours.

Since 5 days I am receiving calls claiming to be from Wells Fargo Bank on my home phone.  First few calls were attended by my wife who told them that I will be available after 7pm. Promptly just after 7pm the 3rd phone call comes stating that I made a phone call to Wells Fargo on such a date( that was few days ago) for loan refinancing.  Interestingly that info and date was correct. She then said that if I may participate in a phone survey about how satisfied I was with the service provided by Wells Fargo Mortgage dept. I agreed. During this call no personal info was solicited. After few minutes of that survey she states that she is having a technical difficulty and that a specialist will call me.  I could hear her very clearly.  Then 2 days later which is today Saturday morning, I get a phone call from this tel 210-543-4000. This guy asks for me stating my name, then states half of my home address and wants me to give the complete address for confirmation purposes. Which I did. Then he starts to speak very fast and was making no sense.  The only thing which I picked out was that I had a current loan amount ( the figure was not correct and seemed like an estimated number ) and that I was late on my payment due on Dec 15th 2012 (the payment amount was not correct and seemed like an estimated number). I knew that I have never been late. Then he says would you like to make the payment.  I told him this is not possible and that this phone is a scam. He asks me why do I think so. I closed the phone. After 5 minutes, I get another phone from so called Wells Fargo tel: 425-320-5541. This girl asks for me. I told her that is the "Detention Center". She said sorry must be the wrong phone number.

In summary, no one should give their personnel info to any on the phone. Secondly, remain calm and never panic. To very any situation/info you should call the bank directly. The only time you can give info is if you are calling Wells Fargo and that the telephone number obtained is from your Wells Fargo mortgage statement or from your local Wells Fargo Bank branch. I am in my grace period w Wells Fargo. They called me today for the first time around 8 am from this number. My mortgage started out with Wacovia but they went under and now its with Wells Fargo. It is a pick a pay loan  that I didnt select my broker did and is now an arm with a 5% interest rate that can go up to 12%. Wells wont refinance it and wont fix the rate .When I start my new job I should qualify to go to other lenders.

These loans were later deemed illegal and I sold my other home with the same loan and am left with this one. Unfortunarely shen the class action was filed i lived in the one I sold and this one was listed as a rental. Now I had to move to my smaller rental and it wasnt on the list for the class because it was a rental as of Nov 2009 or so now it would quailfy for a mod but it fell between the cracks since it was at that date listed as a rental and not owner occ. The attorneys made provisions for everything but those people that had to sell their home an move to another pick a pay home loan that had been a second home or rental. If anyone has information that is recent dince wr are now in 2014 please help. Thank you!

I have been getting calls but not answering as I don't know the #, but answer once and got a voice mail saying it was Wells Fargo, I don't have any account there so stopped answering.

who cares if it is a legitimate call, if they are calling the wrong # and were told they have the wrong# they need to delete the phone #, that has happened to me I have told at least 4 different people who have called I have no idea who the person is they are calling for so please delete my # they have all told me they would, I am still receiving calls.
