    General Public
The best plan here, is to order as much as you can and put in a bogus address. When the charge hits your account, charge it back. If they want the money, they will have to come out like roaches and come after you.

If the general public knew who they were, it would be bad for them... as someone would hurt them :-)

I receive at least 100 (ONE HUNDRED) Emails every day from "canadian pharmacy" - unfortunately most of the subject lines indicate that the messages are bounced emails and we have to open each and every one of these to check if it is in fact an email which we have sent to clients which have bounced back. I dont understand what Canadian pharmacy expect to achieve by sending 100 emails of this type to us every day. I am taking it very personally now because it is damaging my business and has cost us thousands of Dollars in lost time. We have also mistakenly deleted good emails. I have done some research and sadly a lot of the people on this site simply dont understand the scale of this problem and the fact that it is virtually impossible to solve as things stand. Let me explain. The criminal organisations behind these spam emails are based mainly in Russia. 70-80% of the spam emails we receive are coming from the same organisation. Spamit, glavmed etc etc which promote most of this crap we see are based in russia. The domains are registered with registrars in china. These registrars are aparently owned (or paid) by the spammers, so they don't go out of their way to cancel the domains. Approximately 30,000-40,000 domains were registered in the past year to promote canadian pharmacy and other products touted by this criminal organisation. Getting 1 domain cancelled is a nightmare, how do you get 30,000 cancelled? 100's are being registered every day. No disrespect but you people are not understanding the scale of this problem. The groups behind canadian pharmacy and the fake watches (same company, look at the domains) hijack thousands of machines daily in order to send tens of millions of emails every day. How can I sue a criminal organisation in Russia? I cant. How can I write to a registrar in China and ask them to cancel 100's of domains which are being registered with them every day to promote this spam, when they are most probably being paid off very nicely (if the registrar itself isnt in fact owned by) by the gang behind all of this? - and then of course, these people would probably kill their own families for money (it is no secret that some of these spammers have been involved with the promotion of child porn stes) so there would be a real danger in going after them, if in fact this was possible at all given their location etc etc. As for Keith or whatever his name is behind the 1 210-888-9089 - I'm not convinced that he is in fact connected with any of this because I know 100% that all the big boys are based in russia - check "canadian pharmacy spam" in google and you will se this yourself, but if he is, I expect he is just a little guy at the bottom of the chain. Anyway, Im hoping somehow, someday, I'll find a way to get compensated by these [***], They have ruined my business and though I realise how difficult it is, there is always a way. Good luck to all of you

They are using our business email address which is on our Contact webpage. They have cost our business thousand of dollars. It is really disappointing that nothing has been done to stop these criminals. A possible solution is that if we all learn how to shut down their websites, then, we can successfully put them out of business even if they create hundreds of website everyday. There are millions of us receiving these unwanted spam everyday. If 1 percent of us across the world shut down one of their websites, they would not be able to keep up. I know there are ways of shutting down illegal websites which financial institutions such as banks and credit card companies use to shut down the fraudulent websites, does any one know how to do it? If so, please post the info here so we can all learn how to do it and end the life of these criminals.

They also use whizzlight.com/ - registered to China, with very little address info. And this phone number.

Their contact us link doesn't work, just takes you back to the main page. A definite violation of several laws.

Hi all from the UK - our business got 10 emails in one day last week. Spent a while tracing them 'all over the world' as they use hosts found in Argentina, Russia, korea, Norway. One thing is certain - they come from China and the return addresses are China. They incorporate 'blind alleys, false trails in the email headers and use other legit company website names to throw us off the scent.
Here are a few 'disposable' sites we found all linked to China: [www.vnj.yuptokiy.cn is http://headleads.com & www.xahyamed.cn & www.roadflattering.com & www.originalencouraging.com & www.friendlyshapely.com all have IP  60.191.239.134] with name of China Zhejiang Dongjing Electiric Co. Ltd supplied by Jinhua Telecom Co.,ltd, No.155 Xishi street, Jinhua, Zhejiang. 321000 CN.

Another group of sites [www.peacefulburn.com & www.preciousgrass.com & www.peacefulidealistic.com & www.smashingroot.com all have IP 58.20.140.5] with name of China Yueyang Cnc Group Hunan Yueyang Network supplied by CNC Group HuNan YueYang network, SanHui building ,WuLiPai Street,YueYang 411104

Are these facts correct? Who knows - everyone could of changed by now. This is what we found from the emails we got. A WORLDWIDE PEST.

P.S. One email said it had been sent with inference to being endorded by Microsoft Inc. I phoned them and they requested a copy with 'Header and source code' - perhaps we may see some action

This canadian pharmacy is spamming using my company email, which is absolutely awful for my small business! They spam me around 20x per day. When I tried to call the phone number it went to a VM. No one seems to ever answer the phone. How can we stop them from using our own emails to send out spam?

I really want the spam to stop and I don't want to change my email address. Does ANYONE have an answer? This is making my work so difficult...

I came across the San Antonio, Texas phone number via an email spam.  I received enough crap about viagra that I had to investigate.  San Antonio is located in Bexar County.

If anyone has been injured please file complaint(s) so we can try to get the phone number disconnected, website shut down, and possibly help some of those injured by the scam artists.

File a complaint with the Texas Attorney General (TAG); maybe we can get the phone shut off.  If I was injured I would also file a complaint
with Federal Trade Commission and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.  If you are in Arizona file a complaint with the AZ Attorney General, etc.

It says on the TAG website that if enough consumers are affected by a certain scam the state may have jurisdiction to do something about the problem,  If the FTC and the ICCC get enough complaints maybe they can shut it down. These guys have been out there too long.  Let's get busy and file those legitimate complaints.

they are using a virtual phone # to make their calls, much like a VOIP setup deal.  I am in San Antonio and get calls from them constantly.  They can make calls to/from anywhere in the world for free as long as they have a virtual phone # at each end - for instance - they have a virtual phone # in China that they call which goes to a vitual phone number in San Antonio TX but can call to any phone # in the USA and its the same price as a local call. They just pay however much their internet connection and the price of the virtual phone # (usually about $20.00 per month) to do it all.  I have done a reverse lookup since I'm in San Antonio and the phone # does not have an address.

Oh Man!  You all are scaring the "LIVING CRAP" out of me!  I've been in a wheelchair for 20 years now, after breaking my neck in 1989.  A few years ago I ordered a little bit of Soma 350mg Tabs from a place called "My Canadian Pharmacy" for a test. just to make sure I got them and they don't rip me off and so on, (Just read above, MAN....).  So anyway, I got them on time, they we're real (but generic, as advertised) and they worked just fine!(I think they were about .90 cents or so).

So I gave it a while and just and just when I decided to order agian, my E-Mail Box started to get bombed with SPAM and because my dumbass gave them my cell phone number, they started calling from what sounded like an Indian accent voiced "Boiler Room" type place, with all kinds of other Indian accents in the backgroundg trying to tell me it was time to "Refill" for what seemed like every week-end for almost a year! I stated to get used to it, lol! so with those calls comming in on my phone "I.D.'d" as "private", I just wouldn't answer "private" calls for the most part.  But I did answer a few calls and said "no, I don't need anymore!"  Then I started asking for heavy stuff, like vicodin, hydrocodone, oxycodone, lol and they were audibly a little freaked out about my requests and those calls just stopped!?!?  So I thought I was done with Canadian Pharacies all together.......... But times are tough and I need my meds to legitamately take!

Now back to the 1(210) 888-9089 Canadian Pharmacy with diferent names and constantly different URL'S that they tell you about changing and moving around to protect us!?!?  and to boot, it's some innocent Jane or John Doe's E-Mail addy their using.  My dumbass didn't even catch that it was sent to my E-Mail addy with my own E-Mail addy!  So I placed an order about a month ago for 2x270 350mg Soma for about $250 after all their Courier and insurance charges, but for .46 Cents a piece is a great bargain for a dude in a chair that really need's them.  Now I was supposed to get them between 5-7 days and after i didn't get anything for about 10-14 days, I started to freak out and I was gonna call the bank about it.  But low and behold, I got them after about 16 days or so.  lemme tell you all, it was like friggin' X-Mas for days around here, after thinking I was ripped off FOR LIKE $250US and they would not get back to me no matter what I did!

So guess what, shady or not, I just placed another order with them again a couple days ago and my bank doesn't show a charge yet and after reading all your horror stories, i'm kinda glad!

So after that novel, sorry!  The best thing for SPAM and unwanted phone calls for me was signing-up for AOL 10.1 and it grabs at least 90% of my SPAM and put it in a separate folder for me to go over and decide for myself if it is indeed SPAM.  Then for the un-wanted phone calls, damnit, I don't have the # anymore, it went around in E-Mails forever in my group of friends.  There was a separate one for your home phone and another one for your cell.  You may be able to Google "UN-WANTED CALLS" and get it there, but I'm pretty sure there was a deadline on it though.  sorry for not being very helpful except for telling my story on Canadian Pharmacies.

So the bottom line is get a good carrier like AOL, which is free and they give you a great version of McAfee for I think a year is what I got for free and it's all hooked in together, McAfee and AOL working in conjuction with each other, so there's no conflicts, the right hand knows what the left hand is doing.  Then I had to pay $49.99 after 9 mons. or a year to keep it going.  it's been worth every penny, very little SPAM and it when there is, goes in a folder for you review and or tag as SPAM an it slows down your SPAM intake very fast!  I'm not trying to be a salesman, it's just what has worked very well for me for years and this is what these boards are for...  Also, believe me when i tell you I'm a real dude just trying to COMPUTE! and maybe help others to COMPUTE!

    Good Luck All! Mac =(:{>
