I am on the NO NOT CALL list, and these disrespectful people call all the time. I have answered some of their calls, and have hit 9 so they take my number off their calling lists, and they still call. I want them gone!!!!! Phone call is from some Robert Oritz.

Automated call stating that since I am a senior, I am entitled to a medical alert system at a reduced price. Also $1000 worth of coupons for groceries. I am on the DO NOT CALL list and these calls are annoying.

Just received this call. I am on DNC list also.

These calls are geared at seniors and need to STOP

I just received one of thesse calls, did not answer.

Received call today at 11:48 AM from 212-662-4579 stating "your medical supply order is now ready for shipment.  This order was placed by a friend at no charge to you.  Press (1) to continue."  I hung up the telephone.  I have received these calls in the past from the same person, Roberto Ortiz.  I looked number up on line and saw that it is a scam.  My husband and I are both senior citizens and people should not try to take advantage of us.

Tried to call back voicemail was full

Called from 2126624579, didn't answer and didn't allow msg to be left.
If you rec'd an unwanted call from this number and are on the DNC list, report it via the DNC list number. It asks if they leave a recorded msg ( which is illegal ) and they ask if you asked them to NOT call you and if calls continue.  The numbers getting the most complaints are investigated.

Caller ID: Roberto Ortiz, didn't answer, they left no message.  I recognized area code as NYC.  Caller ID pops up on my Comcast cable TV.  

Got this call at 11:29 a.m. today.  Did not answer.  Caller ID showed Roberto Ortiz, from New York.  Don't know anyone by that name or anyone in New York for that matter.

Just got a call from this number and did not answer and no voice message left.

They just called me. I did not answer. They hung up. I get these calls all the time for a home alarm or for one of those life alert systems. The other calls say to press 9 to opt out. I do that and they just keep calling. Do Not Call is worthless !!!!
I have a phone that will block calls but it will only block 30 callers. It fills up real quick.

Several calls from this jerko!  The calls come in from several different numbers - I block one number and it comes in on a different number!  After making numerous to the DoNotCallRegistry - even threating suicide (yes, it has come that far) ... purchasing a new phone that has the capacity of blocking 20 numbers, going to my telephone provider and blocking another 50 numbers (can you believe this???) ... I purchased a Sentry Call Blocker ... will see how many numbers it blocks before I have go get another one!  This is not fair.  I pay my phone bill, not these companies who continually harass me!  I have had as many as 5 calls from the same company within 15 minutes!  Gee ... is there anyone I can dislike to forward my calls to?  Perhaps the DoNotCallRegistry - that appears to do nothing?  Caller ID:  1216624579662-4579 / actuall number appears to be 212-662-4579

How can we have confidence in our government and organizations that promise us services and then fail to provide them.  I am registered on DNC list.  Is the failure to provide the services because this type of call is aimed at senior citizens.  Note I said CITIZENS.  Are we not forgotten and pushed aside enough already?  Please come to our rescue.  Many seniors are bilked out of life savings because of calls like this.

Call came on Caller ID - 212-662-4579,  listed as Robert Ortiz.  Didn't answer it.

I got the same call, wasn't home but from a Roberto Ortiz.  I have a Panasonic landline and can block up to 30 numbers. Otherwise, don't know what else one can do.  Very annoying

Got the call earlier tonight. Did not answer because I was on the phone, but did see the name and number. MY solution is to blow a boat air horn into the phone when they call! NO do not call list works and NO laws are enforced! Wonder if they would be able to track the calls IF Obama got them on his private phone?
