They must be branching out, I'm Norwegian an got this call too. Didn't answer though, but considering all the scam suspicions, is not much point.

They said my computer is being hacked. I told them not to call me again. He kept telling me that my computer is being hacked. I told him I could barely understand him and until he put on someone from America I did not want them to call me. He said to hold on. I hung up. Immediately someone called three times, one right after the other, I didn't answer and no one left a message. But I could hear the same background voices. The other number they called back came up as 369-636-1457.

I got a call from this number and they told me they were part of the Microsoft XP company getting a error message from my computer. They gave me a bogus code to look up on my computer to prove of their identity. He had a thick Indian accent. I told him you can't get an error code from a computer that isnt turned on and he started cursing me out. So this is a scam and a bug one.

They've called me twice, so far, from this number today. Since I'm in Sweden and not expecting any calls from New York, I didn't answer. Hopefully they're done bugging me now, and ideally they would just stop scamming people all together.

Got a call from this number but they hung up as soon as I answered.

They are even calling Swedish numbers... Don't  answer it.

They have been calling me all week, though I have never answered. I'm living in Sweden, have a Swedish number. I wonder what they will say....

Male with heavy Indian or Pakistan accent gave name as Dave with IT dept. of Windows. I hung up.

Strong  indian accent, said was with Windows computers. When I said I'd report him, he called me a f'n [***] :)

I got a phone call from this number and seeing that it was a phone number that wasn't from my country I didn't answer it.

I have gotten several calls. I live in Denmark. The guy calling told me there was an error on my computer. I told him I was in occupied and told him to hang on and that I would be back shortly. And hour later he hung up.  We repeated that 3 times. Now he is not calling anymore.

They called me today. I live in Norway. I did not answer, and blocked the number immediately.

Called to sweden today but i missed the call. Reverse look up says the number belongs to a M*ry Og*shw*tz. Must be wrong.

Caller had a foreign accent. He indicated that my computer may have been hacked and took me through several prompts to fix. He then wanted me to by a firewall product and when I declined he said I could not use my computer again.

Caller had a thick Indian accent.  Told my staff he was calling in regard to computer problems we were having.  When I got on the phone and identified myself as the Office Manager, he said, "oh, this is a business?".  After confirming that yes, indeed, this was a business, he got confused and didn't say anything.  I hung up at that point.

I keep getting calls from this number but no one is ever on the line.

Just read all the comments on this caller and phone number. DO NOT ANSWER?GIVE INFO as its a scam!

Comes up as "Jeffrey Beers" on caller ID.  Left no message.  Several sites have similar info to that reported here.
