I got a call from the number 2132213528.It was a nice talking to them.The company service4windows solved all the problems in my computer and my computer is much faster now.Thankful to have this phone call from windows care.

Wow, "ms kerry s forster"!  Do you think people really believe your post?  Can't believe you actually posted this crap.  The person who called my family today trying to scam us had the same broken English as your post.  Hmmm, I wonder why.

Im William and these guys are a pain in the ass.they have been calling from days to get a payment.they called from 213-221-3528 and the guy called himself marvin gates. i know he was indian probably from kolkata cos i have been to kolkata.i want to sue them for harrasing me.

Got a call from these idiots twice in the last week so it's still going on.  The first time the guy said he was from "computer maintenance", I don't remember what the second guy said.  Both times I replied, "I don't believe you, do not call again."

Just how stupid do you think people are?

These folks are stupid!  I played along thanking him for ’saving’ me and coming to my rescue, until he realized  I was pulling his leg.  Then he got mad.  I don’t even have Windows on my Mac!

Got a call from these scammers. Amazing that it is still going on. Gave me same song and dance as everyone else got. I am an IT Manager and know this is all BS. Asked the guy a LOT of questions that he couldn't answer. He just stumbled his way through the call. What was funny was he was telling me that I "singed up" for Windows Care with my current phone number when I bought my computer. Asked him WHEN was that? He couldn't give a date. Plus the phone number he is calling me on wasn't my number when I bought my computer. Anyhow long story short I enjoyed calling this guy out on everything he said. He realized I was on to him so just hung up on me when he got nowhere. I also gave the info out for this scam on the FCC website. Unfortunately due to cost cuts our Gov can't do a thing about these kind of scams anymore. There are way too many and now all worldwide. Not enough personnel to go after them and these idiots are always one step ahead. Too bad the NSA can't actually do some good and go after them. Ha!

Got the same type of call from the same number.  Caller had an Indian accent. Asked him if he thought I was stupid and then proceeded to curse him out.

Someone left this number to me who was issuing me a refund after me paying them 600 USD in advance. When I checked, then I was horrified to know that scammers are calling me from India ! OMG I am gonna report this to the FTC. On one of the posts I found that they have shifted their office address to BF 10 , Saltlake, Kolkata, West Bengal, India and using the name of Octane Edutech ....

Their current address is Octane Infosolution Pvt Ltd, BF - 10, Saltlake, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
They are also running another  company with the name of Octane Edutech Pvt Ltd.
Their previous address was FD - 14, Saltlake, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

I got a
call from these guys too.
I didn't answer, but I found this website. funny thing is ive gotten quite a few emails the other day stating that my computer was under attack and I need to have them fix it and that they've fixed it but that another 20% wasn't protected and to click on their link. dumbasses actually think id do that?

I received FIVE calls from this number today (one at 1:40 pm) (I was at work, they didn't leave a VM) and FOUR while I was on the other line (all within a span of one minute (First one was at 3:04pm-the last at 3:05 PM)...Obviously I did not answer, since I didn't recognize the number. So I looked it up and found the information on this site. I will be posting to friends online to NOT answer this phone number. (My parents can be a bit gullible).

These people continue to call me threatening to crash my computer! Perhaps these are the people the NSAshould be concerned with.

Several calls from this number, same line about windows infection. We use our smart phones and iPads , and have not used a laptop, or desktop in over a year.
This time the caller said he didn't have to listen to this bull-s and hung up on me. LOL.

they just called me to and I new it had to be a scam so I hanged up on them

A friend of mine kept getting calls from this number....finally she told them that she does not own a computer...they hung up suddenly, and she is no longer getting calls from them....definately a scammer, so everyone beware...don't get "sucked" into their scam.

This is another one of those G.D. scammers.....they called me, I did not answer.  They let the phone ring only twice, left no message.  When in the hell is this sort of bull-[***] going to end?  They are crooks, and we need to learn you can not give them any information....

Received call, did not answer, then looked up to see what you guys had to say.  You guys are pretty amazing.  Thanks for your input.
