Just got a call from the same number saying what everybody is saying.

Just got a call - same story as others.  Man with thick Indian accent.  Wanting to talk with an employee.  Get a clue - we do not allow personal calls as work.  If you idiots claim you have a legal matter with the employee then you should have their correct contact information.

Wish these Idiots would get a real job!!!!

This person has started to call my job.  I don't know what he's talking about because i don't owe anything.  When i called the number back it said the mailbox was full and unable to take more messages.  Before he called my job he called my cell phone bu i didn't answer.  Sounds like a Scam if you ask me.

This guy with a Arabian  voice calls me 3-26-12, with the same crap about i needed to get a lawyer and he wished me luck blah blah blah. I knew it was a load, but i called back just to understand what the deal was, they said it was some law firm and the i had a pay day loan that needed to be paid back, well as it is i did not have any pay day loans or any kind of loans for the fact. he threaten that i would be picked up by the law sometime today. news flash to this guy if he so much as thinks he will threaten me, mess with my ss# or try any fraud upon me, well good luck to the sorry sb! i'm reporting this man and his associates to everyone i can possilbly think of. SO I WISH YOU LUCK NUT JOB!!!!

I got call from this # and said they have legal notice.  Intresting !

I just got a phone call today from that indian dude he left a message to call him back and they called my job they said they had to investigate me. I called back it always go to a voicemail but a lady picked up she said she's a lawyer and she pulled my information she told me that they will arrest me this afternoon so I search on google and saw all your comments. I called the police to report it and they told me its just a scam.

What did you do with your social?coz they probably have all my information. I just got the phone call today and dunno what to do.

Same as all the other post i have read.... a guy with accent constantly leaving me messages...."I must call back or i will be arrested etc."

Just got a 20 minute call from 813-260-1595 and 213-261-5794 with some eastern india type male was first advising me that tomorrow (3.30.2012) I was going to be arrested for fraud against American Pay Day Loans. When I tried to tell him that I have never dealt with a company by that name and have bank records to prove it, he just kept telling me about being arrested. At first he said that he was not collecting any money, just making me aware that the Police and agents from the law firm of James & Jackson would be arresting me tomorrow. 20 minutes later he is telling me that if I go to a Walmart and ask for a GREEN DOT money card and give the clerk $960.00 to open the card, then call him back with the card number, he would settle the matter. I told him "thanks, but I have the 20 minute conversation on a digital recorder so I think I'll go to the Police" and I hung up. When you file complaints about these people, does anybody EVER do anything about them.

Justin Hall (801)660-4970 (probably some pre-paid phone out of Kayesville, UT ) left messages on my cell and workplace threatening for the 1st call to be the "last" to attempt to collect. For which I was being "sued" for and even left a claim number. Also left a call back number of (866)922-5107 (Thank you for calling Oakwood) (Based out of California according to Tyler). I did call and gave the claim number but did not confirm any info. for which they called to "verify". I also called back, to request an address and/or website where I could see what other legal services they provided, and got hung up on by a "Tyler" and "John" twice. Called back, and told them I needed to send them a letter from my "Attorney" and needed an address. I did all of these under a blocked number, and got hung up on but not before being wished a nice day. DON'T FALL FOR THESE CALLS, FIGHT BACK! BLOCKING YOUR NUMBER WHEN YOU CALL THEM BACK, MAKES THEM SWEAT! You've been UNMASKED YOU S.O.B.'s. Can't wait for the Feds to come knocking at your door "OAKWOOD".

The guy on the other end of the line also had a thick East Indian accent and said that I must have my lawyer call this number back and speak to the lawyer that he works for, because he is just a paralegal. They called me to my job and because I did not believe him he tried to called my supervisor.  He threatening me to come to my job and drag me and to even get me fired.  The Indian called me from 510-256-0359, I am from California and that number is too.

I got the same call.  Now they won't stop calling my phone and my work.  How do you stop them from calling?
